      Dishonest company, dishonest pricing. Had Elite Rooter come out to clear our clogged drain line. We had already used our 6 foot snake to attempt to clear the line, and needed a longer snake. We had already disconnected all the under sink piping and opened the clean out access at the front of the house. We didnt get upfront pricing, which was our mistake, even though they advertise $79 drain clearing. The guy took all of about a 1 MIN DOING WORK, HE LEFT THE CLEAN OUT WIDE OPEN, AND DIDNT RE-HOOK THE SINK PIPING OR ANYTHING - JUST CHARGED US $200 AND LEFT. His boss showed up 30 min after the guy left, assuming he would still be here doing work. We expressed how displeased we were with the cost of the service and how nothing was put back together. The boss asked if we were happy with the drain camera footage that we got. What drain camera footage?! The guy never offered it, never took any footage, and certainly never showed any of it to us - which is apparently supposed to be their standard service? We asked the boss for partial refund and he used the excuse that the guy who did our "service" was new and that the boss would go back to the office and get back to us. We've never heard anything from them since. We've called and emailed multiple times to follow up and the company has ignored our requests. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

      On November 2nd, Elite Rooter came to fix a backup in my kitchen sink. They claimed hydro-jetting and a secondary sewer inspection were necessary but either executed the hydro-jetting improperly or didn’t do it at all. Instead of using the clean-out outside, they accessed the system through the sink, asserting that the clean-out didn’t exist. After hiring another plumber, I confirmed the clean-out was indeed there.
      Their follow-up estimate required cutting holes in my ceiling and wall for a pipe replacement and camera inspection, which they did without my consent, despite being able to access the pipe under the sink. They never performed the promised inspection and removed a six-inch segment of pipe without permission, claiming it was in poor condition. Initially quoted $15,000 for “re-lining,” the price was quickly dropped to $10,000 when I sought a second opinion, raising suspicions of price gouging.
      I felt pressured to make an immediate decision but opted to wait. After I cleaned the extracted pipe, I found no damage—it only needed cleaning. Another plumber completed a hydro-jetting for less than a quarter of Elite Rooter’s charge and found no leaks.
      The camera inspection they provided showed a strange vent that doesn’t exist in my home. Ultimately, I’ve paid Elite Rooter nearly $6,000 for an inadequate service and unnecessary damage to my ceiling and wall, which now require remediation.
      I refuse to accept being taken advantage of due to my gender. The pressure to authorize unauthorized actions BY USING MY CHILDREN TO CREATE FEAR and the misleading information provided is unacceptable.

      I was in a bind with my water heater unfortunately I got swindled by this company was charged 8800 dollars for removal amd installation of my tankless water heater. PLEASE STAY AWAY do not be a victim.

      Elite Rooter Ventura should be accredited by the BBB. The technician arrived on time and carefully explained how he intended to flush and descale our tankless water heater.
      We will use this service in the future.

      I had a pond in my living room, obviously not a good place for that but the strange thing was that we just couldn't figure out how the pond could be there because we didn't believe there were water pipes in that particular area. I've had to call a plumber four or five times since moving to Fullerton 15 years ago. None of them were impressive enough to warrant a call back on the next occasion. I read some reviews and decided to try ELITE. I have never before encountered a plumbing company with such outstanding employees. My problem required two gentlemen because there was a dangerous situation. As well as being skilled plumbers their customer service skills were incredible. Their prices were so reasonable that I was shocked. Would I call another company next time I have a problem? Nope! I've I found a jewel in the plumbing rock pile. Lucky me. ELITE will receive all my future business. I'll never call anyone else. I highly recommend these people, you'll not find better.

      Total rip off! Tried to take advantage of my 83 year old mother stringing alone with ever increasing charges $25,000 to put in a clean out and 15 feet of swear pipe! Got another company who is going the full sewer pipe correctly for half the money. Total bait and switch taking advantage of the elderly!!! Do not fall for it!
