  I woke up this morning and had sewage water over flowing in my basement from my floor drain. I called elite rooter to come assess the situation and they had a technician make it out within the hour! Skyler and Mike helped me out and kept me informed during the whole process. I had a sewer collapse in my main line, and was given multiple options with different price points on how to tackle the situation. I chose to go with a 10 foot spot repair in my front yard to completely solve my collapsed pipe. Elite rooter had operators at my house the same day and later that night I was back in full service! I was even able to finance my repair for 18 months no payment no interest. This was really able to help me because I was not expecting such a large loss in damages over night. Elite rooter is the best drain service company I’ve worked with and will definitely be the company I use for future plumbing/drain issues! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

  Called Elite Rooter to come out and help with a backed up drain. They were there within and hour to take care of the problem.

  We used elite rooter service multiple times, recently we got the whole house plumbing done. Junior helped to do and they completed the work very well. They also helped to clean everything later. Also, Matt helped to add a drain additionally in our backyard. Really liked their services and would definitely recommend them.

  I made a last minute call to elite rooter when another plumber quoted me a high price. They had a coupon for a cheaper price and were at my house within the hour. Leo cleared my drain and got the job done fast.

  Well I will start with front man John who first came to my house on July 6 th, he sold me on an install Reno for a bathroom in my basement. He was all positive at the time about a completion of the job in 4 weeks, it now Aug 16 th and still not near completion. On July 6th he told me that Elite has all the people to do the whole job, not true !!! First the crew shows up at 10 am and leaves at noon, next their drywall guy is busy in the mountains for 8 weeks, next the framer who was one of their guys showed up and framed the doorway to small, oh ya this a contract for an ADA bathroom. Next no drywall guy or flooring guy, no electrician. With frustration I went out and found the Real Tradesmen to do the job. Their Foreman Connor who has all the answers says there must have a miscommunication between John and myself. All the tradesman I found to do their work, I had to pay. The initial contract is for $22,000.00, and I have already paid an additional $6000.00, to get the work done. The one and one subcontractor they brought in was the painter, who ironically showed up at 8am and worked till 6pm for 2 days and done great job. I have had two licensed contractors come and inspect their work and give me quotes on what they would have charged. Both were in the range of $7000.00 less than Elite Rooter. They had already threatened my with a lien on my house, which
  Appears to be standard procedure for a Fly by Night Company. I am going to pay the 50% balance and proceed directly to court with my lawyer.It amazes me that a company with their business practices is allowed to operate, Buyer beware I guess. Poor work, bad communication, If I ran my business like this I would have one
