Hi I want to say Agustin O***** was very professional and did a very good job on my kitchen drain line. He was very respectful of my property and set up containment before starting the work.

It took them 4 days to repair a leaking pipe in the yard. They gave me a quote of $1820.00, and then once they exposed the pipe. They said it needs more parts so the price went up another $800.00. They fixed the pipe. Filled the hole and the next day they had to come back, as the pipe they fixed broke, the same night they fixed it. They fixed the pipe a second time. They started to fill the hole i asked why, you needvto wait a while and then the pipe broke again. They had to make 5 or 6 trips to the parts store durring this job. On one trip they lost the keys to there van while at the parts store. On the last day they had to go back to parts store 2 times as they now realize they needed glue. Once the leak was fixed they wanted to charge me another $480.00 to use a leak finder, as they were now saying I have a major leak in my home. Yet there are no signs of a leak in my walls. The city water employee said i should get a second appion. And he felt it may be the tolits that may be running. I Called out a new plumber and he found the floats in the tolits were not working properly. He also told me I was over charged for the job they did in the yard.

They charged $25k in 2019 to replace sewer lines but recently we realized not only they didn’t replace completely but also they didn’t pass city inspection. They cost us a lot of mon, time, and troubles. They never compensated and never apologized. Just bullied us kore and rudely ignored us.
They did this to an elderly who passed away and not available to sue them.

They came to clear a blocked main sewer line that resulted in a backup into my basement. They failed initially due to not having a long enough “snake”. Next, they achieved a partial clearance by accessing main line from opening on front lawn. They then recommended a hydro flush for $1400. When I rejected this proposal they offered a $450 version of flush which I accepted. Subsequently, they have refused to honor that verbal estimate. I have requested this estimate in writing numerous times, to no avail. Also, they never told me about the senior and military discount.
Additionally, they recommended their “sister company” to clean up the mess in the basement. I had already cleaned up the water and raw sewage. Their estimate was $1300 for pressure washing a 10x6 ft area. I rejected, and did myself in 2 hrs.

      Update to former review:
Drains were still gurgling after all of S****’s hard work. I called the company and they sent him and another plumber to send a camera into the drains.
I was then told my pipes are cast iron, and had such corrosion, the pipe openings were down to the size of a quarter. This seemed odd for two reasons:
      1. cast iron? What is this, the 1800’s? My neighbors’ pipes are PVC. Condos are built uniformly, as we all know. So how would mine have been the one where they decided to return to centuries past?
      2. How would a toilet flush waste and paper with a quarter sized opening? Real head scratcher there!
So the best part was being told they needed to break through my walls to replace the pipes. They quoted me $7800, not including drywall repair.
Yes, you read that correctly: $7800.
After their visit, I called Elite Rooter to request a plumbers’ report. Pretty simple, really. All reputable companies provide them when they recommend a big job such as this.
However, when I insisted they put in writing their findings of my “cast iron” pipes, and the amount of corrosion… you guessed it: crickets.
Called again and once again detailed exactly what I needed in writing. I then received an invoice for the drain snaking S**** had done. Wow.
Third call and third detailed request. I was told the manager suggested the plumbers return to my condo a third time for a “second opinion.”
Wait, what?? Why would I need a second opinion by the same company? I take that to mean they do not trust their plumbers, and are trying to wriggle out of the $7800 nonsense estimate.
I asked to speak to the manager, C*****, who suggested the second opinion. She had gone home for the day. I asked for her number. They told me it’s the same number I keep calling; there is no number to reach her specifically. I then requested she call me the following day. Who can guess whether that call ever happened?

Predatory pricing. Incomplete work. The job turned out to take less than 2 hours total, but I was charged $6500. Not all of the work outlined on the bid and invoice were completed, and the company refused to make it right. The work was performed quickly but not fairly, nor completely. Buyers beware. Get a competitive bid and do not trust A******* *******.

I called early this AM to have a kitchen drain cleared. They were responsive with it could be done 10 to 12. At 1145 I called back for an update and was told they tried to call me that they were adjusting the time to 1 to 3. At 3 I called and they said they were trying to call me. I had the phone in hand from 9 AM and although other calls came in, none were from their plumbers. I told the screener I was canceling the order and reporting them to BBB for bait and switch to keep me from calling someone more readily available. She advised me she was only the scheduler but would pass my comments on to management.

Zero stars! Do not trust this company! They took thousands from an elderly customer and not only do nit stand by their work or guarantee it even thought their own invoice says they do, but they wanted to charge to come assess the faulty work but would not say how much they'd charge to look at it when I said they should be no charge to look at it. This company does not stand by their work or the wording on theor invoices. They had two corporate managers call me and harrass me when I asked them to vome back and assess a falty 1000's of dollar install of a shutoff valve they installed along with the main water line that did not work when we needed it too. Their techs are not experienced and the original install had to be fixed twice. To my knowledge they sent him back. They first said they'd send a tech to assess and then said they didn't know if they would charge to simply assess their own work. They said they do not guarantee their worl but the invoice states in black and white they do. They tried to misstate what I said several times. Be careful with this company. It is unethical!
They treat customers horribly once the call goes beyond the call center. Managers say they are the highest to speak to, but Pratik Patel of Paracorp is listed as the agent and the Arizona Corporation Commission record for Elite Rooter says the company is listed under Paracorp.

I did the business with Elite Rooter San Jose.
My bathtub and laundry line have clogging issues. Their technican gave quote for 69 + 189. He came and get some blockage out, but they mention there is still stopper inside the pipeline, they can provide additional estimate to completely fix the issue. I disagree, and talk to the company, but they keep saying the issue is fixed.
Finally they declare they do not want to do business with me in the future, they also do not need me to pay them. How ARROGANT they are! The only way to deal with dissatisfaction is to reject service. Strongly not recommend this company for service

Multiple drains were overflowing at our property. Elite Rooter removed the damaged pipe and replaced it with ABS, which included cutting multiple access homes in the home's foundation, outside concrete, and driveway.
The access holes/pipes created and installed by Elite were not properly sealed and we immediately got drain roaches. We had to pay to have them sealed and for the extermination.
Additionally, Elite Rooter was made aware that they caused a gas leak at our house after their work. My tenant informed them multiple times that she smelled gas, but Elite told her it was nothing and never informed me, the property owner, of the complaint.
My tenant finally called San Diego Gas and Electric who confirmed there was a leak and did an emergency gas shut-off.
I had Elite come out to inspect the gas line, and they said they did a pressure test and confirmed leak was from the outside line running along the outside of the house. They quoted me nearly $15,000 for the repair.
I had another company come out for a second opinion. This company did a pressure test and confirmed that the leak with NOT on the outside line, but was actually under the house in the foundation. This was evidence that  Elite had actually not performed the necessary tests to confirm the leak location and was trying to charge me to replace the wrong line.
On top of this, the other plumber discovered that the crack in the line in the foundation was caused by Elite Rooter during their work cutting into the foundation of the home. Elite Rooter cracked the gas line and sealed the access holes back up with an active gas leak. My tenant complained of smelling gas, and they dismissed her.
I had to pay this other company and move my tenants out of the home during the time that the line was being repaired.
This was both costly and dangerous, and I am asking for compensation for the repair and time I was unable to have my renter in the home or I will report this to the state licensing board.
