  Elite made us happy. We had a major plumbing issue with toilets and showers backing up. D*** and D**** got it done to our satisfaction. The nice thing is Dion understands insurance and guided us through the process. We were happy.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Elite Rooter is the absolute worst plumbers in the state. We had a simple leak from our bath tub. And after spending 10 hours installing a pipe and fitting that was to small, and charging us $4299.00 they didn't fix the leak. Then they tried to up sell us another $3200.00 to rip up our floor, tear out walls, and jackhammer to the main line, totaling $7599.00.... again this was for NO REASON! We had a 3rd party plumber come out to give us another opinion and after 45 minutes the 3rd party plumber fixed the leak, replaced all the damage Elite Rooter caused, and had our bathroom back in order for a total of $600.00. Elite Rooter will look for anyway to STEAL YOUR MONEY!! We will now be filing a civil suit against them after trying to get a refund failed. They never responded to our calls or emails about the refund. Again.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  Hi, we are sorry for the bad experience you had. We reached out to the techs and there was no attempt to get in touch with them. There was also no attempt to reach out to our office to use the 12 month warranty on the job to fix the concern, until the customer called in for a refund. However, we will honor the 12-month warranty and will come out to fix any issue that might happen with the completed job.

  Worse plumbing Company ever Lies cheat scammers dishonest fake invoices fake receipt even though I have everything on video and audio of this manager person taking cash right on video plan as day yet he says he never received any money $2500 cash to be exact everything on video and yet he denies it the company denies it plus cought manager person trying to cut my cold water line to make a false insurance claim wanted me to be involve said insurance will believe him and remodel our kitchens which was recently remodel so didn't need it plus not interested in going to jail for committing insurance fraud with this so call company if you use this company it will be a big mistake I promise you that not only that half of employees are ex cons so who knows whats right and what's wrong please try more better Company's I'm sure there some honest ones somewhere this Elite company definitely not a good choice just look up some other reviews a certain employee has multiple plus Bad reviews and complaints on this individual

  So, let me tell you about Elite Rooter, these guys seriously know their stuff! Had a total clog situation, but they swooped in, busted out the hydro jet, and bam, clear pipes! ?? Super cool crew, too - friendly and all about getting the job done. Major kudos to Elite Rooter for saving the day with their plumbing wizardry! ????

  I called the office and they patched A***** ****** out to my place.. I am extremely happy with Arturo’s professionalism, he spent 2+ hours to look into the celling to find out the root cause of the water damages from. At the end, Arturo was questioning about the HOA findings where the HOA thought the hot water pipes might be the source of water leaking. End up. He recommended to cover a paper under the pipes and leave the celling open for about two weeks to track if the water from hot pipes. So far, the covered paper is still dry for last two days,, no water drops from the joints of the hot water pipes. I highly recommend A***** to anyone who need to find a plumber, you will not be disappointed.

  There were some serious problems getting our schedules synced up to get our plumbing problem handled. but once they did, D**** and D*** helped us out and didn't charge us to make up for the inconvenience. We appreciate them fixing the problem and making it right. Thanks.

  G****** ****** came and checked my drain. His boss Juan Hernandez, the division manager, came over with the camera which showed the inside of the pipe in black and white. I could barely understand what I was seeing. This guy came over and was telling me my pipes were cracked and broken. He quoted me $5800 to re-route the drain and re-do piping on one section and $7800 if I wanted to re-do the whole side.
  We called another Rooter Service for a second opinion. That plumber arrived promptly with a color video monitor and told me there was no crack, no broken pipes--NOTHING. This company has scam artists running it that are taking your money if you don't understand what you're seeing. He saw a woman by herself and assumed I was an idiot ready to fork over $6-8k! Do not trust this company.

  We contacted Elite for a water heater problem. The heater was over 7 years old so a replacement was recommended. Since we were leaving out of town for a bit, I relied on their advice.
  The work was completed as expected. HOWEVER the bill was outrageous. We were charged $3,600 for the installation of a $1041 water heater and parts!
  So lesson learned. Do not use Elite Rooter with out shopping around. There is no reason for a provider to charge $2,500 for a 4 hour installation. I wish I were smarter, but learn from my mistake and use someone else.

  After spending the better part of a day trying to get rid of a clog in my toilet/sewage line I finally gave up on the DIY approach (read: under my own house, in my own sewage with all the wrong tools...). I saw that Elite had a special going on popping clogged drains so I called and they were able to get me scheduled the same day. Arturo called when he was on his way, and made quick work of getting rid of the clog. He was also able to point out the cause of the clog and made great recommendations on how to remedy the problem. All in all my experience with the office staff at Elite and the technician Arturo was excellent and I'd happily refer them to anyone that needs fast, friendly professional service.
