    I began using this company in October 2022. Initially, it was great. The scents were very nice, the jewelry seemed to be of decent quality, processing and shipping were quick, their customer service was great, and the rewards were really nice. However, over the past couple of months (I'm assuming during the management change) there has been a noticeable decline. The "Enchanted Forest" candle that I received doesn't burn properly and the "**** ****" candle I received has a very unpleasant scent. The last few rings that I received looked like they were designed for a child. Most recently, I used their new service which allowed me to change the monthly bundle so I could receive items that better suited my preferences. I would have loved this new feature, but they ended up sending me the default bundle even after I had requested a change. After speaking with customer service, they placed an order free of charge for the correct item. However, it has been more than a week since that order was placed and it is still "unfulfilled." I contacted customer service again and was told "It seems we are experiencing a slight delay in shipping at the moment." This has reinforced my decision to cancel my monthly subscription.

    Fragrant Jewels has the most ************** and the coolest collections. The candles smell so **************. The bath bombs leave you so soft and smell delicious. Plus they don't stain your tub. But overall they are amazing.

    Always love getting bath bombs from Fragrant Jewels. The colors never leave a residue in the bath tub and the jewelry is always a great suprise.

    I love Fragrant Jewels and all of their products! The only time I've had issues with my metal allergies is due to my own forgetfulness when it comes to checking the product details (every once in a while, my monthly subscription is an issue due to oversight with my metals allergies, but they are always beautiful, none the less) ??????

    I have been ordering from fragrant jewels for over 7 years now and each time I am more and more overwhelmed with the quality of their products and the beauty of the jewelry. I will NEVER SHOP with a company similar to this one. #memberforlife
