  So far I have worked with Tom (evaluation of problems) and Dave (sales) and I am so happy I can sit back and stop worrying about my tenant living in a house w/out A/C during this heat wave. A temporary a/c was installed in the bedroom so she can watch tv and sleep comfortably. A new unit in 2 days! Thanks! To both ComfortNow and Lee’s! I can continue to recommend these great companies that are working together.

  Mid-July during the heatwave our a/c stopped working. Called their office at 7:00 am, got a LIVE PERSON who arranged for same-day tech to come and fix the problem. EXCELLENT!! And the tech was neat, personable and knowledgeable. Overall we're very happy with ComfortNow.

  Edwin Jr. provided professional and friendly service. He investigated the situation going on with my AC, shared the information with me in a way I could understand, and provided estimates for fixing my AC. Because I’m a member, he calculated the discount and informed me of the lower price for members. In the meantime, Edwin fixed my AC so that my home could continue having air circulation to keep cool. This is very appreciated during this very hot season.
