  The techs are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They work quickly, but dont rush through the job. I also appreciate that they thoroughly explain everything, and answer any questions before leaving. The customer service when I call the office is always friendly and helpful as well.

  Great service and service with a smile. Marcos was super nice and explained (even had pictures) ever thing he was doing. He got our air conditioner up and running quickly.

  Price estimate for a gutted 800 square ft. Home built in 1973, with installed gas line, drain, and exhaust for split HVAC system
  was more than double what three other companies had quoted. Comfort Now estimate was $25,000 to $35,000.
  Three quotes from other companies ranged from $10,000 to $15,000.
  As retired couple Comfort Now exceeded
  our budget.

It looks like we gave a ballpark estimate without comparing what was provided in the past. We do want to make this right, if you could please call us and ask for Francisco, our office manager to figure out where we fell short on providing you our great service.
