We lost our beloved father and my siblings and I wanted to pick a special urn to honor him. The urn came well packaged and in a timely manner . Also the guitar urn is so beautiful. This Company did a wonderful job. My fathers guitar looks exactly like the figurine one on the urn. My mother is so pleased with all the detail work and engraving. I lost my mom and ordered her a urn that was special to me I thought she'd love shipping was supposed to be a week a week came and went i called the man said backordered so will be another week I called again just to make sure that lady told me a month can you imagine being that awful to someone that lost their mom and wanted a special urn no email no nothing on the delays then I canceled for a refund and they still have not given me a refund so in-between being destroyed by losing my mom I have to call my bank and do a dispute just to get my refund this is a awful and disrespectful company I don't know how they have these good reviews if it's not from bots these people just got luckyIn The Light Urns Inc

My dad passed away unexpectedly and I wanted to honor him the best I could, he loved eagles so I specifically looked for a very nice eagle urn and I came across, in the light urns black and gold urn with a giant eagle on it, wrapping it's wings around, it was gorgeous! I knew my dad would have loved it. I also personalized it with a saying that he would have loved, they sent me a proof before they sent out the urn which was top notch customer service and respect! The price was very affordable! **************** was incredible very polite! Shipping was very fast, very well packaged! Overall a great experience for my first time.
