  I wish I would have read this before I bought the $2000 treadmill . Took my money for the product , when I called and left a message they gave me a phony tracking number , no response from anyone there. Lawyer time

  I know this company has gotten a bad rap in the past but that was under prior ownership and they're in the process of working to right their reputation and they're doing an exceptional job. I purchased several kettlebells, a workout bench, and a rowing machine from their factory in ******** and the team there was extremely helpful, to include helping load the items into my car since I had just had shoulder surgery. **** specifically had wonderful customer service and was very helpful and personable. Even though they had other work to do, they took the time to show my wife and I around and tell us about all of their different products. They were very knowledgeable on all of the product and their prices were very fair, especially with the quality of the items that we received. Once we got the equipment home, we ended up discovering that the monitor on the rowing machine didn't work. I reached out to them and ****** got back to me immediately and traded out the rowing machine free of charge. The switch was really smooth and again **** was there to help out loading things into my car. I can't say enough great things about this amazing company and the quality of the people that work there. I know others have had bad experiences with them in the past but know that the team in place now is working hard to show that the Tru Grit of the past is not the Tru Grit of the future. If you go with this company for fitness equipment you won't be disappointed.

  I preordered a set of 45 lbs and 50 lbs dumbbells. It has been a year without any updates on the order. I do not get any replies to email, the number on the website goes to a fax line. I am not able to get a refund or update on my order.

  Ordered 3 assault bikes from the company. ***** came in a timely manner but after 3 weeks of use they all broke in the same place on a piece that came pre assembled when we got them. I have filed everything I can through them trying to get in contact with customer support and have not been able to, it has been 8 months and they haven't gotten in contact with me to solve the problem

  Do not order from this company. They are financially insolvent and still taking orders on items they cant and have no intention of providing. The company is being sued in several states for this very reason. It is a crooked, bankrupt company that will steal your money if you try to do business with them. Order from a reputable fitness company that is BBB approved. There are many and Ive had better experiences with them. Doing business with ******** is just throwing money away.

  I ordered a treadmill on black Friday of last year(2022). The order sat pending for 4 weeks. I sent an email requesting an update on my order, *********** emailed me back saying I should expect fulfillment of my order end of January. I emailed them again in March. They responded after 4 weeks and they replied and said I would receive my order in April. It is now June and I've had it! I emailed them again 2 weeks ago and requested cancelation of my order and my money back. After waiting again another 2 weeks for a response, They're saying that with refunds there has been a delay, they are at a standstill with refunds while we wait for approval. So your company website is up and running and you are currently taking orders AND money from people but you can't give people their money back!? So now you have $2k of my money, I have no product to show from it. And you won't give me my money back!? After 7 MONTHS?! This is absolutely unacceptable.

  My wife ordered products back in July 2022. After some emails back and forth over the next several months, mostly with the excuse of backordered products which was never indicated in the sale, we asked for a refund in January 2023 over the phone, which was confirmed would happen by their one and only **************** rep. ** have yet to receive products or refund and it is now end of April 2023. As of right now, we consider our payment (over $300) as stolen by this company, and that this company is fraudulent.

  Exact same experience as everyone else who has reviewed. I order a product over a year ago, through numerous email exchanges they kept telling me it was about to ship or has shipped, upon never receive the product I asked for a refund. They cancelled my order but did not refund my money and will no longer respond to my phone calls or emails. I have reported them to the *** as well.

  I canceled an order in December 2022 as there was no indication it would ever ship. The item has still not been refunded. I paid using Affirm which has made it even more complicated. The company has no customer service reps and Ive been completely unsuccessful contacting them. I will be filing a fraud complaint.

  I ordered a product back in November. It's now Feb. I have made several attempts to contact the company via email, phone social media and their company website. I haven't heard back and I still don't have my product. They won't refund my money either.
