    (Order #******). We have not received our 45s, 50s, 60s, 65s, 70s, 75s, 80s and 95s. Our order date was April 9, 2022. It has been OVER 2 years. I requested a refund during our last interaction with this business. However, we have not received that either! I would like my weights or a complete refund as soon as possible. The business does not respond to emails or messages left over the phone.

    I ordered a pair of Hex Elite TPU Dumbbells - 12.5LB Pair Feb 7th 2023 8:14 am for a total of $64.86 which was a subtotal of $37.84 with $22.99 shopping and $4.03 nj state tax when this item was advertised as avaliable and was ORDER #*******. I paid and since then the order has always said unfulfilled. I check the website often and this item has on and off been advertised as available. When the item is available I send a complaint through their website and try to email the provided email address asking for either a refund or delivery of my purchased item and never get a response. I even tried ordering this item on Amazon and was sent the wrong product. When I complained to Amazon I included this entire issue in my complaint along with my order date and order number and the business did respond that they were still working on fulfilling my order which gave me hope but that was 3 months ago. It has now been a year since my initial order.I would either like a refund or for my item to be sent to me.

    Order ******* was never completely satisfied. Missing a pair if 15lb bumper plates and numerous emails with the company has resulted in no delivery or refund.

    I have asked to be refunded $298.48 for a partial order that was shipped. I requested shipping boxes and labels so the items could be returned. I was told (email attached) that labels, packaging and my refund would be processed. I have inquired several times about the status and I do not receive any response.I have already contacted my credit card company about the entire order and was issued a credit only for the items that were not sent. I have attached all documents.

    I purchased a set of 70 pound dumbbells on 1/20/23. After not receiving the product for over five months, the company offered me two choices - remain on the wait list or receive a refund. On 7/3/23, I accepted their offer of a refund. After multiple emails asking about refund status over several months, the company no longer is responding to emails. I have not received a refund yet.

    I ordered an adjustable bench for $199.00 from this company. When it arrived it was missing the bolts. I contacted the company through their website and was told after 4 emails sent that the bolts had been ordered and when they arrived they will ship them to me. This bench was ordered in December of 2022. Since that last email I have emailed 4-6 times and never received a response. I would try to call their customer service line and would be on hold for 15 minutes until it would hang up on me. Now their phone number is a fax machine that picks up and screeches in your ear. I dont want a refund at all. All I want is the bolts for a bench that is in pieces in my basement right now for a year.

    I placed an online order on 1/17/2023 for a set of 80 lbs dumbbells (SKU: BETPBD2080) and a Tru Grit flag (SKU: FLAG1000). The order number was ******* in the van amount of $206.98. I send an email requesting an update on 2/18/2023. I received an update on my order on 2/23/2023 saying my order was on back order. I received response to my first email on 3/20/2023 stating the company is going through an executive management transition. I replied back on 3/29/2023 requesting another update or information needed to request a refund. That message was never replied to. I no longer need the 80 lbs dumbbells. I would be willing to accept 100 lbs dumbbells in their place. The one product I did receive from them was good quality and I would like to remain a customer if I could order with confidence. If not, I would like a refund.

    In November of 2022, I ordered a full set of dumbbells from Tru Grit Fitness. They sent me an incomplete set of a dumbbell style of a lower quality, and they didn't send me 3 pairs of the most expensive dumbbells that I ordered. $150-$210 for each pair. I have contacted the company multiple times and they used to promise that I would get a refund for my unsentimental product and a resolution for the lower quality dumbbells they sent me. The last I heard from them was in August 2023 and they said I was on their refund list and I would get my refund eventually. I still have not gotten the complete set, the correct set or my refund. Very frustrating. I'm afraid they will just file for bankruptcy and I will lose all that money. Please help!

    I purchased an assualt bike from the business in November 2022. in the first month, several aspects of the bike started to break. I attempted for months to contact the company through their published means of contact, however, i received no response. Since then, months later, i have received periodic responses. First, i was asked to submit a form. I did this. Then i submitted detailed photos of the issues. Once the photos were received, around June 2023, I was told that i would receive a refund. A month after that confirmation, i received word that refunds were not being paid. Then, social media inquiry made recently confirmed that i should have received the refund, but never did. Since then, any inquiry to the company has gone unresponded to.

    Bought a weight lifting rack for $623.80 on 5 Feb 23. After a month of no status update I sent several emails to the website listed support email address as phone calls were not picked up and not returned. After a month I got several emails saying the product was back ordered. I demanded a refund. Several more weeks later the return email addressed my refund demand by saying that the company was in court for bankruptcy. I responded that ******** had taken my money and in no way had advertised that they had no way to fill my order. All I want is my money back so I can actually buy a weight lifting rack. Horrible business practices by ********. Order number *******.
