    Waited 2 months after getting the run around about my order being delivered to finally receive a partial order that is still incorrect! After notifying them of the mistakes with what I received, I have not heard back from them, and Im still missing items on my order. Ill be contacting my credit card company to charge back for missing items. Will never use this company again.

    I placed an order with them on December 16, 2022. There was no indication that either of the products I ordered were back ordered. It has been almost two months. There is no way for me to cancel my order and get my money back. I also have called multiple times and sent multiple emails and have never received a response or gotten a hold of anyone. I would never purchase from this company again.

    This company sent a damaged product with missing hardware which causes me not able to fully assemble the product to see if it works. Theyre unresponsive to emails and phone calls and when you do finally get someone they give you the excuse that they are the only one working in customer service. Then when you ask for that persons manager or lead they tell you no one else works in customer service. Received my product on 12/1 and it is 12/20 without my parts to fully assemble the rusted damaged product. This company needs to be shutdown with all the negative comments on social media and other sites.

    Products take months to ship then take 2-3 weeks to actually be delivered.I have been waiting on my order of dumbbells since SEPTEMBER 2022 and it is almost JANUARY 2023. If you look at their instagram page you will see comments from me and others about unshipped orders.DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM TRU-GRIT FITNESS. There is only 1 customer service rep it seems(Lacie).You will never get through via phone. You will never get through via chat.You will get one email response with excuses.Spend the extra $100-$200 and buy Rogue to get higher quality, made in *******, and delivered on *************.
