      Great business. I regularly bring two vehicles to this location. This business even patched up the tire for one of my vehicles for free near closing time. Everything is great, as long as I check in with *****, the service manager.However, if ******, the service manager checks me in, there are issues. For the first vehicle, I bought a five year wheel alignment policy and the person who sold it to me told me that it was unlimited. One time, ****** straight out told me that they are only taking new money customers that day. Other times, I drop off my car with only a few cars in the bay and parking lot, only to return two hours later and told that my car was not serviced. ****** has also told me that if I buy additional services to the five year wheel alignment policy, he would provide me better ****************************, I scheduled an appointment online for wheel alignment (5000 miles since my last), checked in with ******, with only a few cars in the bay and parking lot and returned two hours later and was told that my car had not been serviced.I have told ***** about my issues and thought the problem was resolved but apparently they havent.I have contacted their corporate office.

      Avoid - I've never had a positive experience with this place. Please see a pasted account of my poor experience from May 2025.*"This was the worst automotive service experience I've had in roughly a decade. I scheduled an appointment for 11 AM on Monday (May 19th) regarding an oil change, tire rotation, and an A/C unit inspection. And then I didn't hear back until over 3 hours later. I was then misquoted (i.e. told the entire service would be $1,222 verbally, then the actual charge was over $1,275) and erroneously told that my service would be complete by 4:30. ******* - the *** I coordinated with - never contacted me or provided any update, and so I waited until after 5 to physically return to the shop figuring the work must be done and ******* simply forgot to call. At 5:10 I saw my car still on a lift receiving service, so I bided my time until almost 5:30 before returning. ******* then informed me that the mechanics STILL needed time to complete my service and so the work wasn't completed until 6:10 PM. For all this inconvenience, ******* only offered me a few free oil changes and $100 off the day's work, but also then charged me over $50 extra than the original quote. Furthermore, while the oil change was performed from what I can tell, an exceptionally low amount of oil was ***lenished (i.e. filled to a level below the lower indicator bar on my vehicle's dipstick.) In summary, I encountered absolutely awful service from one your shops this week. Therefore, unless something far more substantial is done for me to compensate for my frustration and inconvenience, both my wife and I will never patronize ****** Tire again. Further, we'll both be forced to write scathing online reviews about our awful service experience, as this isn't the first time we've encountered an issue with the Convoy shop. I hope the situation doesn't come to that and your customer ********************** can help, but this service experience was very unacceptable. Regardless, thanks for your time."*

      Last year (7/24), I was shopping around for tires even though I didn't need them right away. At that time, ****** quoted me $1019 for 4 new tires with installation. A year later (8/25) my existing tires finally needed to be replaced, so I went back to ****** with the paperwork from the previous quote. I was told quotes are only valid for ************************************************** was $1200. I said no thanks and walked back out to my truck. On my mobile phone, I searched Discount Tire and found the same tires with installation for $959. I pulled the trigger and made an appointment for the following day before I had even pulled out of ****** parking lot.I've been to this location several times for tires and always had a great experience with ***! On this occasion there was a new guy at the counter that immediately tried selling me different tires and even after I told him I wanted to stick with the ones I had originally chosen, he continued to push. Once he gave me the inflated quote, I knew he was only focused on the money and not about the customer's best interest.

      I had a terrible experience at Evans Tire in *********. I went for an oil change and they told me my car had an internal oil leak and that needed to be fixed before doing the oil change. I agreed and I paid $2034.23. When I drove my car the engine light was on, the engine idle was above 1200 rpm (should be 750); when I would release the gas pedal my car would shake. I went back 8 times and they didn't resolve the problems and lasty they wanted to charge me $500 for a new throttle. I took my car to the ***** dealer to fix all the problems that Evans caused. The valve cover that Evans had put was not the right one; the throttle that Evans wanted to charge me $500 was under warranty; they found the A/C wire connector broken and they found other things that Evans didn't take care of. Also I realized later that Evans tire had charged me $513.00 twice for the same service; they later reimbursed me.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to Evans Tire in ********* and if they tell you that your car needs services go somewhere else for a 2nd opinion.

      When in for a synthetic ************ change, tire rotation and road trip inspection. Worked completed in less than one hour. Before arriving I had marked one tire to verify that the rotation was completed. It was not. They reiterated that they were. The inspection consisted of a documented *************************************** It is highly unlikely that the extent of the inspection, oil change, tire rotation can be accomplished in the time there. The fluid levels were to be checked yet after arriving home I found two reservoirs were found to be low. Additionally, today I see that my credit card has been billed twice.Since the oil on the dipstick is clean I will give them credit for changing the oil (hopefully it is synthetic) but I have no idea if the filter was changed as it is a paper element and inaccessible. I have zero confidence that this shop performs to a level that deserves TRUST.

      They put good tires on my car but required $1400 in repairs. They also applied a $200 warranty I did not know about. Later I went back for an oil change which went fine. Except I asked that they install my wiper blades. They asked for $75 just to install the blades! I said no of course

      I recently had an encounter at Evans Tire on ************* that left me feeling uneasy and compelled to share my insights. There seemed to be a noticeable shift in their approach, veering towards persuasive tactics that suggested services and products beyond what seemed necessary. On one occasion, I was explicitly recommended to delay my visit due to the absence of a more experienced mechanic, a suggestion that came directly from ****. This struck me as undermining my confidence in their team's overall capability.Additionally, the pricing structure appeared markedly inflated. When expressing my knowledge of automotive care or questioning the necessity of recommended work, the response was unexpectedly dismissive and, at times, outright rude. This is a ***** contrast to my previous experiences, having entrusted them with my vehicle's care over the years, amounting to significant expenditure on my part.Regrettably, it appears that the ethos of the establishment has evolved. Where once I felt assured of their integrity and commitment to genuine service, there now seems to be a pivot towards exploiting the lack of automotive understanding among their clientele, aggressively upselling and capitalizing on the trust of unwary customers. This transformation is deeply disheartening, particularly given my long-standing relationship with them. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for automotive services, to avoid potential disappointment and unnecessary expenditure.

      Bought my car there for an oil change. They let a young, untrained technician change the oil on the vehicle. When the service was complete, I drove off and there was smoke (not alittle smoke) coming out the tail pipe (looked like the car was on fire. I turned around and went back to the shop and the manager ********* said your car has 60k miles and usually thats when the car turbo goes bad. He and couple other techs try to clean the oil. I decide to get the car towed home. Have t drove it or started since 11/13/23. It was parked on the sidewalk for 2 months. While I saving up and to get it towed to the dealership. The dealership technician diagnosed the issue and wrote in his notes, that the transmission oil was low and the oil level is overfilled! Evans tires need to pay for the damage it has done to my car.
