***** called to let me know what time he would be arriving. He arrived on time and promptly finished the repair. He was courteous and thorough. He gave us final instructions before he left, regarding the hot water part of the system.. Happy to have our system up and running again!

When I called with my emergency, the woman who answered was very helpful. She was able to send someone the next morning. Technician ******* was prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful. He repaired my filtration system quickly and took the old cartridges for recycling. I have had Ecowater systems for more than 10 years and am grateful for their service and glad they are available in my area.EcoWater SoCal
