We had our Eco Water System Installation on Oct. 12. The Sales Rep ************************* came to our house to explain the entire system and test the water. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and professional when explaining the system. He answered all questions and concerns we had in mind. ***** recommended to hire a plumber to flush out tankless water system to make the system work better before the installation and get rid of the calcium buildup. It's been three months since they installed the system and we love it. During the winter season our skin will dry out/itchy pretty bad that not even extra dry skin lotion will fix the problem. It's been a learning process on how to conserve water and taking care of the unit when salt is needed. Also, we added the reverse osmosis and we love it. It's been saving us $54 a month that we were paying for five of the 5 water jugs. I've always wanted to switch to water softener but due to other finances that stopped me from buying it sooner. For now no regrets.*************************, he was our installer for the unit. Very friendly, professional and his work was cleaned after installation was completed. My wife and I were pleased with his work and answered all questions we had during his installation. ******* went over how to operate the system that he installed, connected to WiFi and type of water softener bags he recommends to buy. He explained everything thoroughly before he left the house. We're very pleased with ***** and ********* work. ******* threw out there some ideas he had before the installation that we never thought about it. Great customer service. I highly recommend them.
