      Have a customer since 1999, have dropped the ball and lied about not receiving dispatch. When you have text updates that were sent. No renewing of membership for this type treatment.

      Hour and a half wait, told to go get a form from the dealer. Got the form and voila another hour and a half wait.Rude about it too. Like I was crowding. After I ALREADY WAITED!Their DMV has one purpose, find anything they can to make you come back. They never just put the fries in the dang bag. AAA Modesto is the WORST!

      It is been almost 90 days since the accident I have been treated horribly by the insurance companies that I auto pay for every three months on time for the last five years this is my first accident and it wasnt even my fault. It was someone elses fault for turning left when there was a sign that said yield oncoming traffic. This is theft of Services. They continue to take my money but fail to communicate with me. Talk to me talk to my attorney or handle anything and its almost been **************************************************************************************************************** the deductible when it could very easily be waived and theyre trying to take it out of my deductible that was already less than what my engine was worth. Ive never been treated so poorly by any insurance company, especially when theyre still charging me fully for totaled vehicle when I havent been paid anything for it and Im still being charged for covering it for full coverage. Everybody passes the **** and nobody does their job. Instead of trying to help the customer they only wanna fight the customer. I would never suggest this ********************** to anyone. The CEO makes a ridiculous money an hour, but they cant take care of their customers that pay that CEO. Ive never been more disappointed with this company in my life. Instead of trying to be on my side as my insurance company they are trying to fight with me instead of fighting the other insurance company that has already admitted 60% fall in the state of Utah if its over 51% youre 100% at fall so why are they not going after the other company, **** or criminal reasons theres no excuse. Im so beyond frustrated with this company. Im so beyond frustrated with its employees and I am so beyond frustrated that nobody can do anything in AAA but now that Ive been in the one accident and theyre not helpingSomebody needs to investigate them for fraud

      AAA automobile insurance filed a claim against me instead of my insurance company. They wanted to charge me $1,300 for a barely perceptible **** that I caused because my door touched their client's door. Furthermore, they sent their collection agency to go after me. My insurance claim adjuster said that they should not go after me but through them. Furthermore, my adjuster said they are waiting on *** for a document to settle this matter. My adjuster said that "Obviously, we are going to dispute the charges."

      The Insurance agent told that no one has ever had an increase from the SMARTrek app. Our rates are going up %10 now because of it. They lied to us.

      ******** customer service. I always have issues with *** they say they will correct the problem and never do. The company has no issues collecting money but have every issue solving problems with there services and customer service. The website tells you to pay this amount and you get an email saying that you still owe and when you call there is no way for them to help you or correct the issue. Hummmm I think it's crock but what can you do on the phone. You can't get a manager to solve it and they tell you they will to shut you up and it still continues for many years after no solution made. Don't ever get Triple AAA lol they a joke.

      They approved my home insurance claim to repair my roof following hail damage. I was away on military orders for a few years. When I was able to find, I asked for my depreciation check that they've been holding on to for about 2 years. Now they refuse to pay it out, declining the claim as it's been "too long". The check would have been $1,473.70.After being a customer for 13 years, most of that time with bundled auto insurance too, I took my business elsewhere. My new premium is about $1,500 less. Guess they'd been slowly increasing my premium to ***** me for going on a decade.

      It has been 5 months since the car accident happened and the claim was submitted, they decided the car was totaled and I sent them the car Title, but they have not sent me the money yet. I contacted them by emails but they did not reply or update the status of the claim. Very bad experience, please keep away from this insurance company.

      On Saturday September 28 I requested service for a tow at 6:30 pm, I repeatedly called for an update on my tow I kept getting the run around 60 mins more 30 mins more. This turned out to be me still on the road with my 3 children sleeping in the car with nothing to eat. I sat right next to the car the whole time. When I called at 11:55 the lady stated the call shows completed which is so weird because I kept calling and get extensions of time and reporting they were not here. The *** company CALLED 20 mins later, and said he could not tow the vehicle because its not a repair facility. & said he could do it privately but I had to pay $320. I declined. This is my first time using this roadside service and so far it has showed me that you guys are very care less. My services were never done, I had to sleep in the car until the next morning and do the service myself

      AAA Roadside Service charged me twice each year for road service for 6 yrs but will not issue a refund. They said in July 2024 in a call to them when we both realized it that they would send a refund. When I couldn't find the refund in the mail or bank I called and they said it was their practice is to only return 2 years over payment. ***'s records shows the payments they received and I have bank records confirming automatic payments to them but they will not provide a refund for 4 of the years.Therefore I have over-paid $214 and will not be given a refund. This goes beyond bad business.
