Do not buy a membership to this very disorganized and poor customer service company. I have waited for a tow truck for over 5 hours. I called and spoke to them 4 times and they just keep making excuses.

It was the worst experience ever in my life. My claim is still open, and I don't know how to solve this matter and they do not even care about my case at all. I don't think they are working. They're not care about customer at all. It's been more than a month, and they are not doing any paperwork, communicating well, and messing up the process. They just dropped the ball in the middle of the claim and tried to make my life suffer. All the paperwork and estimate for fixing the car were submitted a month ago by the body shop, and a month later, they responded that there was a missing item, so I had to wait until the car was done and ready to pick up. The wrong part is they have not informed me or the body shop that the item had been missing for a MONTH, and in the last minute, I bugged them and found out when the car was ready to pick up. I don't think they respect the customers and do not even care, and their goal is to try to make every process much more difficult and worse for the customer to get away from AAA. This case and this claim made me think about switching my insurance.

Worst follow up with accident claim. I got rear ended 12/07/23 by their insured customer and Ive had such a slow follow up on my claim case. My cars totaled and am still waiting on them to pay me my settlement amount which I agreed to two weeks ago and have signed a release to. Im not insured by them, just have claim going on for going on 5 months almost. I thought maybe being affiliated with AAA theyd be easier to deal with but apparently they cant even get their agents to show up to the office more than maybe once a week, every time I call my agent is out of the office and Im stuck leaving voicemails I rarely get replied to. Such BS

I am dealing with the death of my sister she had *** so I need to make sure she was not later on any payments. It was a slow day so they got me right in. For states the gentleman working the reception area was very attentive to my needs so I went to the back office with one lady sorry I cant remember her name. She was not 100% sure what I needed so she called over ************************* between the two of them they got me in the right direction. ******* made the experience very lite something that I needed after working with the other agencies when I left out of their office, I had a smile on my face and I realized how great people really are to the team at the *** office in *******. Thank you and especially thank you to ******* and her coworker that got me going in the right direction. Thank you

We have been customers for over 25 years. We have made ONE claim in those decades of on time premium payments for car and home. We had a question about the 20% increase they are trying to steal from us and other consumers. After 10 minutes of bouncing around their HUMAN FREE phone system we tracked down a phone number for a local "agent". We met her in her office. After 30 mins of change this add that delete this she saved us over $2.00 a month on our premiums (TWO policies - Auto and Home). Then she told us we could ****** another 5% discount for the year by taking the Senior Driver Test on their site. She provided an invalid number to access the test. She failed to mention that a) The test costs $20 per person and b) it takes EIGHT HOURS. This is an affront to Seniors, pure discrimination. Want to know if I can still drive at 62 years old? Ask the *** who renewed my license 6 months ago. This is meant to DISCOURAGE and DENY seniors any kind of rate reduction based on fewer miles driven daily and no tickets or accidents for decades. This is DISCRIMINATION intended to NOT provide any discount. EIGHT HOURS online? They don't even do that at their daily desk jobs. Where's our hourly wage reimbursement for spending an entire full time work day taking their test meant to reject customer requests for discounts based on their own driving history. They don't make 18 year old drivers, their most dangerous drivers, to take an EIGHT HOUR test to prove they can drive. DISCRIMINATION AND AGEISM. We are currently considering two other insurance carriers who DON'T discriminate against their best customers.

My on-line quote for home owners insurance was radically different from the one quoted by *******************************, the AAA agent I was referred to for purchasing a policy. I used AAA's on-line HO quote calculator for a price on HO insurance and got a quote for $1,772 (plus membership fee). I was put in touch with *******************************, who asked for the exact same information that I had already provided on-line. He quoted me about $2,200 plus membership fee. WTF!!! I have emailed him four times asking why the difference, but he is ignoring my request. I am about to file formal complaints with the California ***** of Insurance, but first would like to give AAA the opportunity to explain the difference.

I've been a loyal AAA Insurance member for NINE years. I had no tickets or accidents for years, until 2019, when I was rear-ended by a driver who tailgated me for 2 miles or more. He received the ticket, yet my AAA Insurance Company found me 50% at fault. Now I'm stuck with an insurance company that I don't want to have anything to do with for 5 years. I was eligible for some discounts which I have not been receiving for years until recently. I found out a year or more later, which was by accident, that *** has an Accident Forgiveness benefit which I never was informed about. WHY? I'm not sure what my agent does other than collect commissions off of my insurance policies while kicking back in her office. I have had to call *** for road side assistance twice in years past. The *** dispatcher tells me in both instances that they will arrive within the hour. Two hours later a tow truck shows up, but it is some fly by night company. The branch that I have been going to for years is now closed and I have to drive clear across town for anything and everything. Last, but certainly not least my auto insurance renewal just went up $516, while homeowners renewal just went up $321! When is *** changing their name to ZZZ TRIPLE ZILCH!

I hate dealing with insurance companies, but recently had a hail clam with AAA insurance and it could not have been any better. They inspected the damage and *************************** my adjuster was great to work with. I sent the information he asked for and they mailed me a check. I rarely wrte reviews but AAA insurance and ****** were a pleasure to work with and wanted to let others know that AAA is a great company to work with. I would like to thank *************************** and AAA insurance for service exceptional
