      Established auto loan through dealer with this financing "bank". After approximately 10 attempts to speak with a representative using several methods including email, voice mail, and phone calls I found that the result was the same....no response, never was able to speak with someone live, no response to emails or voicemails. I just needed to ask a couple simple questions regarding satisfying my loan or adding another name to the loan. Today, I was on hold and decided to register a complaint after being on hold for over 20minutes at **** in the morning. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Their website will not allow me to pay off loan because I have "paid too much" in a 30 day time period. I guess I'll just let them add a little more interest to the balance as they are forcing me to wait longer before they will allow me to make another payment. Is that legal?

      Their online mobile application is terribly outdated and is configured like a 90s website. If you forget you password, it will say sign in failed, you have 5 more tries and try to reset your password, the app will email you the reset link that will bring you back to the app and it will say password reset error: an error had occurred while trying to reset your password. Please try again by clicking on Forgot Password. And thus the cycle repeats itself. Call the toll free help line? Dont worry, youll get placed at the bottom of the queue with an understaffed administrative office that has west coast coffeeshop hours so they are almost always not available. This service *****

      F**king *********** Do not willingly do business with them. I called to make an in person payment was told to go to the nearest location I showed up not only could I not make a payment it wouldnt even let me in the front door. Worst bank experience of my life.

      Why hire hood rats for your customer service representatives? I hate calling and ********* from ****** answers. Can you get a better job since you hate having to work? It's not like you're not laying in bed taking calls anyway. I am a paying customer and your bank needs me, I don't need your bank. Without us, there's no you, and no kool aide for ****** and ********. So show some respect for people who pay your disrespectful and worthless a$$.

      19 years with this bank and they put a 9 day hold on a cashiers check that was cleared with ***** Fargo moment's ago by the teller. She looked at me and my appearance, proceeded to tell me how cashier check fraud was on the rise, and that I would have to wait 9 extra days to withdraw from my account. Branch: Victoria ****** ********************************. I'm moving my business to a bank that actually appreciates loyalty and $.

      My wife is a nurse and had Covid-19 3 times and due to that we got behind on payments and car got repo and now we are trying to get it back they are making it impossible to do!! Plus they want waive any fees so that we can keep the car!! The customer service was terrible and the supervisor was just the same!! Run from this bank they have no consideration for anyone!!

      Terrible customer service, total amount financed on contract with dealership is different than the banks contract. Never received contract from bank and paid off auto loan 4 1/2 years early and pay off was the same as last statement when questioned the auto manager finance **** in ******, was told I was being charged a 5+ daily compound interest charge that I was never aware of told or signed to those agreements. I received a letter in luie of a contract stated paid in full, I requested the original application and contract they have on file still waiting for it so I can see where this daily interest was explained because I never accepted those terms or signed that contract the sales contract from dealer never stated nothing regarding daily interest besides the original amount i sighned for. The original loan amount for 60 months after subtracting the down payment , and making 15 payments , the pay off balance was only ***** difference if I had keep paying for the intire 60 months, which paying the loan off 4 1:2 years early I felt should of been a lot less than the amount I had to pay. When I called after the first agent who told me bout daily interest , I didnt understand when I reached out a second time for copy of contract concerned regarding daily interest I was told nit true never received contract. I would never do business with bank again.

      Run!Really bad service.Bought my Lezus thru them, suggested by the dealer.Every month, auto pay doesn't go thru, then I call them, sit on hold for hours.Then the try to charge me.Every month.Years.Run!Ever

      Terrible bank..Every month threats to foreclose on my business's building for no reason. They want me to know they can foreclose me anytime they wish. Worst bank ever..
