    These people are scammers and straight up liars and cheaters. They have me purchased a generator and during an outage, which was the only time I could test it from what they told me and then at the time of the outage it didnt worked the way they told me at all I couldnt recharge my batteries with the generator so I had a time trying to send it back because I couldnt test it Until I had an outage per cs. and then they got me to purchase a larger one. They said it wasnt showing enough. I got my electrician out to install an outlet which they said I would have to install after he did everything and try to get it to work. We called them and they told him that the new generator 4000 smart generator 4000 didnt work with this smart Home panel 2. And now they want me to pay for shipping to return it a second time. WARNING! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

    Constant problems - firmware updates at best, breaks functionality, and at worst brick devices. There is no continuity in support - every time you reach out about a case, it's like starting over. Do not buy their equipment. It's been an absolute nightmare. I've been trying to get a problem resolved for over a month involving solar charging with their Delta Pro. They had me do all sorts of troubleshooting and wasted my time and ultimately admitted it's a firmware bug. Their solution is to downgrade the firmware - and reintroduce other bugs. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

    I returned the product a month ago and am still waiting for my refund they said it would be sent in 30to 5 days that was 4 weeks ago !!!They are thieves no one should ever do business with them !!!

    I bought the EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 package with 2 400 watt solar panels thinking it would be a complete solution for charging in remote areas. I received the generator but no solar panels. I had to call customer service to get them to ship the solar panels. They were "sorry for my inconvenience". After more emails requesting shipping information, I finally received the panels. I unpacked the panels only to find there were no cables to connect them to the generator. After more emails and another call to customer service, they finally told me that the package I purchased did NOT come with any cables. They even admitted that they've had multiple complaints from people expecting this to be a complete package that would include the cables to connect the panels to the generator so it could be changed in remote areas. So don't be fooled by their "bait and switch" tactics!

    Nothing but issues from day 1. Constant firmware updates required. Brand new smart generator failed after 3 hours of use. 4 panels failed after a month. I returned the generator as requested, being told I'd have a new one within 3 days. It's been 6 days and no tracking number even. No help from staff other then being polite and telling me they have escalated my case. Again. Unacceptable. I'm out 14K and have a bunch of plastic junk. Perhaps it's time for a class action lawsuit after reading all the complaints they have against them across the internet.

    ******** product! Literally failed on the first use. Purchased ecoflow 1300 powercell and its completely useless. There was a big spark that came out of it and then the *** screen stopped turning on. I push the power button and there is a click that comes from the inside but it does not work. Called support and they said that I cannot receive a new unit, that I can only get a refurbished unit. I paid almost $1200 for a new product and I have to now receive a refurbished unit? I didnt pay for a refurbished unit I paid for a new one. Im thinking that maybe they sent me a refurbished unit from the start and thats why it failed. Very bad product. How can I get a refund? Help please!

    Bought 3 types of portable units, at not even a year old the delta pro die not even powering up, goes on and than off and got an error code 22, so email them few times and than they blocked me from **** and never even responded to my emails to the company, the ********* is not getting charge anymore, and the delta 2 max is taking forever to charge that isn't any efficient to keep anymore, was working fine for the last 8 months and it woks but takes forever to charge, I notice that this company is scaming us by the way they are threatening us, I just feel broke after all I spend to try to keep power on my trailer and saddly I waste all that money, worked for it for nothing.

    I just purchased a EcoFlow Delta 2 Max August 20 24. Right out of the box. It did not work properly. The technical team asked me to do a few things to try to figure out the problem, but none worked to correct the issue of not charging and not showing any AC output. The return policy is they will return and refund anything within 30 days, but the links on their website do not work. The number that the Better Business Bureau has posted for a contact, for Eco Flo does not work. I am waiting for some resolution today.They came highly recommended by consumer report, which I will contact and let them know about their NO ***************** If ******************** truly is (their words>) reliable and trusted they would have already sent the shipping label and this item would be on its way back. Today is September 2 third 2024.

    I purchased an Ecoflow River Pro in 2020 and was only able to use it one time before one of the battery banks stopped charging and the whole unit shut down due to this. Batteries will not charge, you cannot use the outputs before the system goes in to shutdown mode. Contacted customer service (located in *****) via email (the only way you can contact them) and was told to explain my problem. I did so in detail with serial number, date of purchase and from whom I purchased the unit (Ecoflow direct). After several sending several emails with information requested by Ecoflow, all went quiet. No offer to repair, nothing. No responses. $500 down the drain. Now all I get is Ecoflow advertising wanting me to purchase a new unit. Yeah right, that's not happening!

    I had a Delta Max it lasted almost a year 3 weeks before I used it it was fully charged when I used it would not even come on they told me the battery pack is shot I told them to send me another one I'll send them this one back they said it's over 30 days old I would not recommend this product I am not happy with this product and the customer service and all the emails that I sent and they sent was unnecessary when they could have did something off the bat so I highly recommend not buying this product buy a gas generator you be happier
