    Purchased an item on Amazon prime day. They shipped my order to the wrong address. Never sent a replacement after promising one. I ordered one off the website directly. Never got it either. I have full proof of this.

    Do not buy Ecoflow products. This is a scam company. I bought Wave ** 2 years ago for 1200$. The ** worked only one season, and now Ecoflow refuses to repair it. First they agreed to repair it then immediately turned around to say that they no more have parts for a product that was bought less than 2 years ago. A 100$ ** would work for more than one time. Ecoflow refuses to stand by their product and refuses to repair. Their customer service is also slow. Buy products from this company at your own peril.

    I purchased the EcoFlow Delta 2 with battery backup on Amazon. I found a different product and wanted to return it. I never opened the package. I contacted customer support. They promised me a return slip. Fast forward 1 week later, still no return slip and I am on the phone with customer support again. They send me a random questionnaire pretending that it's a return slip. I have yet to receive my return slip for an unopened and unused product. This is fraudulent. You are blatantly lying and misleading customers.

    Ecoflow backup on QVC said it will run a regular refrigerator. I used it for an apt sized refrigerator and it lasted less than 2 hours. I also had to pay $148.02 to mail back their defective device.

    Bought there wave 2 with battery and charger as a kit from there website spent two days getting it installed and the charger would not work they said It was a firmware problem and I should check back in a month to see if they got it fixed totally unacceptable to sell a product that they know don't work

    I spent 10 grand to be without power in my home. I wish I could give ZERO stars for my experience in purchasing directly from EcoFlow. I bought an EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter + 1 Battery + Smart Home Panel 2 with installation, but I couldn't get it installed. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. Electricians scheduled and then canceled my installation, and there was a lot of miscommunication. I contacted the service rep, who texted me a rude message stating that I was unreachable and the electricians had been trying to schedule my installation. He said he spoke to the electrician, and the issue was my phone, not EcoFlow. Later that evening, the electrician called only to say that he was not made aware of my installation need until the day before, asked me if I needed to get a permit for installation, and then stated that if it was urgent, he could come out to do it without the permit. I declined work without a permit, and he said that, unfortunately, with the holiday weekend, he could not get a permit until the following week. The holiday came and went with no further contact or information from the hired electrician. After over a week of frustration, I decided to return the product, but I was charged return shipping and a penalty fee. I advise others to be cautious when buying from EcoFlow and to find a local electrician for installation. Due to the switch and bait from EcoFlow, I will be out $530 of my hard-earned money and was taken advantage of. Buyer beware! There is no such thing as this "installation" bundle. The installation "fee" appears to be around $2000. IF you buy this product, I suggest you find a local electrician trained to install it before you get it shipped to your home.

    I only used my ************* battery twice and it stopped working. It smelt like something was on fire in my house but I couldnt figure it out and once I did, I realized it was the battery recently Ive searched online and found out several other people have experienced the same thing in the company Will not reimburse them or send out a new battery. I feel theyre scamming people if they know they have faulty batteries and if people are complaining of the same thing, they should automatically send out new batteries or reimburse people. I was told my warranty expired the day before my complaint , but they didnt email me until a few days after I emailed them from what I remember. I feel totally scammed because I not only purchased one but two and the second one I havent even opened and I hope and pray it works for a lifetime or else Im out $4000.

    Bought River 2 Pro. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Can't do anything but read from scripted material. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Will be returning product.********
