    Received Ecoflow River 370B as a gift. The unit ceased holding charge about 3 months after receipt. I sent a video along with serial # and they confirmed that this was a known defect for the unit. As compensation, they offered a 5% discount (!) on future purchases. Happy to join a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT and share the email correspondence with their team, if anybody knows of any, since these business practices appear to be systemic within the company.

    Sell defective products with 2 years warranty. Product fails upon first use. Purchased for $948 on 7/31/22. Returned unit for replacement. Machine sent back with same serial number, no repairs at all, and unit fails with same error message. Contact with support goes on with 20 or more e-mails, complied and provide info requested with videotape of errors. Suddenly get a text from ***** in support saying unit is working normally and closes the support case. Potential customers should be warned of this company, their deceitful warranty which they do not honor, and their incompetent support that does not even know or honor the information in the product manual. Company should be closed by the local district attorney as a fraudulent and corrupt business. Their rating should be way lower than "F" like minus "Z".

    Terrible customer service. Rather than take my word the unit failed, they demanded a video documenting its failure along with model, serial, where purchased on what date, shipping address. instead of capturing this info, they demand it in every response. Their website rejected my serial number multiple times then accepted it. Next? They demand I ship the unit back so their techs can investigate. What am I supposed to do for backup power while they do that? How long will that process take? They don't/won't say. Will they just keep the product and my money? Who knows!?

    **************** is a chinese based call center that simply takes your call/concern and tells you they will escalate to another **** to handle the concern. No direct Ecoflow rep to speak to. my brand new river pro DC input simply doesnt work and i called to ask what can be done. i bought it less than two months ago, and this is the first time i used that power port (the others work fine). they suggested a refund and asked me to send them a bunch of information, then they reply back to me with their refund policy indicating i purchased more than 30 days ago. I KNOW! i never asked for a refund, i asked for a fix or replacement...they introduced/discussed refunds. i've called them daily and each time you get someone else who says they will direct to another department. total joke - i have no confidence they will get me a solution. being bounced from **** to ****. i believe i'm out $1000! last ECOFLOW product i ever buy.
