    This is so bizarre. We are 100% off grid. Building our home. Bought a Growatt system stackable upto 36kw. ******* supposed to be one of the world leaders in this stuff. Spent $6,000 and can barely charge a cell phone. Borrowed a River. Loved it so much we bought a River 2 **** I accidentally left the display on 24/7 for three weeks. Oops. **************** practically kissed my a** Almost felt awkward in how eager they were to make me a happy customer. They did. Went without a hitch.*******? Yeah, they sent ** a unit that didn't even meet ******** code and have ignored all attempts to contact them. I'm sorry everyone has had such problems with EcoFlow... We're running our home on EcoFlow and have been blown away with how good these things are.

    purchased a Ecoflow Delta 1300 used for 6 months then it just wouldn’t turn on. Emailed customer service and was told to return the unit I shipped it to them, after several phone calls, and many, many emails with no response for weeks I was finally told I was told that they would send me another but it will be a refurbished one. Two weeks later and still nothing and No one is answering my emails or calls. At this point I just want my $2000.00 back so I can buy a different brand. Please help.

    I purchased a Ecoflow battery power supply, used once for eight hours. Next time I tried to use it, unit wouldn't turn on. Called customer servicezdx where I was told to send the Unit to them. They gave me a RMA number. I shipped it to them, after several phone calls, I was told that the power supply had been lost and they would send me another. I received an much older unit. Which I'm not happy with. I was told that it was refurbished and that's the best they can do. I would like to get my money back. I no longer feel good about this companies policies and have lost confidence in them. Please help.

    Signed up for loyalty program and started to earn points. Wanted a small discount so redeemed points which were not applied online. Emailed a few times with no response. Seemed like it was a scam to gather emails for marketing.

    My River Pro received an overload message and shut down rendering it useless so I contacted customer service. They told me it was a know defect and to send it in. They couldnt fix it so they offered me a 5% discount because I was 30 days past my warranty. My warranty was two years and they knew of this defect. If they had contacted me for a recall, everything would have been fine. What company sells defective products they know about and doesnt do anything about it. Im ready for a class action lawsuit. Stay away from Eco Flow.

    ************ don't buy their products "THEY ARE POORLY MANUFACTURED AND THEY WILL BREAK WITHIN MONTHS INNTHE BEST SCENARIO".Big scam company that sell trash products !!! Stay away from this company you have been warned

    Experiencing bad customer service? Its the worst! Called them everyday to try resolve an issue with gas generator, they say that the information is passed on to the engineer. A few days later I get an email from them saying, my agent was out on vacation so the information will be sent to engineer next week when that agent returns. What on earth is this company doing??? Im lucky Ive purchased their products from ******* otherwise its a nightmare dealing with their support.

    Ecoflow 220W Bifacial Solar Panels began to delaminate after 2-3 weeks of use. Company replaced one with repaired used panel, but has ignored 2nd warranty claim for 7 days at this point. Listed contact address on ***************** is a vacant house currently for rent.

    Eco Flow weaseled me out of a so-called "free gift" by offering a discount coupon at checkout (which actually takes-away the gift without warning). The free gift isn't a gift and the discount coupon isn't a discount. The "gift" is how they get you to increase your order size, and the discount coupon is how they take the gift back again. All this ******** haven't even opened the boxes yet! Watch your back with these guys.

    I have bought 3 Ecoflow solar portable generators. The first one had to be sent back and replaced. The second generator needed to be reset. There was no instructions in the manual to do this. Basically fully recharge and let it totally discharge and charge it up fully. Did this 3 times before unit started performing correctly. Third item is functional. I earned **** points in credit that I could use against a purchase of a new unit. One has to cash in the points and get a gift card number. I tried to use for a product that cost less than $1000 and could not use the gift card number. Apparently in the fine print it states that one must purchase a product costing over $1000 to use the gift certificate. I requested customer service to convert the points back to me, but they said corporate policy was to forfeit points. SO READ THE FINE PRINT. EcoFlow is not customer friendly. A honest mistake probably cost me $200. Won't be buying any more Ecoflow products.
