    They steal your money by claiming they paid you for a shift you never worked. I am still waiting to be paid for a shift I worked 3 months ago. Terrible company. I believe I am going to contact the labor department about this company.

    WOW! I agree w/ all the comments. Clipboard steals hard earned money from its employees & says they cant verify the shift even if the papers get signed off on. They do give you the run around you have to constantly call them back. I was told they needed to verify a shift for months. I followed up & they responded by saying the Nurse said I never came. But, I had worked a double shift that day and was paid for the morning shift. I had also called during the shift and reported to clipboard that I was uncomfortable and I was being racial discriminated against. So, I challenged it. How was I not there and I have proof of my morning shift? They responded back by saying I left unadvised. Bit first I wasn't there right! $256 I did not get paid for a shift I worked. Its so sad & unfair!

    If I could give zero stars I would!!!! I worked off and on with this horrible company for a few months! BEWARE!!! They bait you with higher rates and then once you book your shift it drops. I've had multiple agents admit to me that this happens and they say unfortunately the rates change all the time. So take screen shots before you book your shifts of the rate. For your own proof. When you call to get it fixed they come up with every reason in the book and tell you "your concern is being escalated" and someone will reach out to you and you never here back from anyone and your issue never gets resolved. The company will suspend you for anything they can and as a "independent contractor" how can they? This company is fraudulent!!!!

    I have been a nurse for over 20 years. This by far is the worst nursing agency I have worked with. I checked the company out on Indeed.com and Glassdoor.com before applying they were well rated. Since I've began working with them I have been suspended 3 times for complaining about my wages, hours and shifts. First of all I've been professional and have earned this money, why can't I request it??? Secondly how do you suspend someone who is not your employee???(independent contractor) The customer service is terrible. This company is scandalous. I have entered numerous trouble tickets with them, various calls. This company should be fined, the owner imprisoned and the company closed.
