    I am an Assisted Living resident in N. ****. Their STNA/CNA personnel are often " No Shows" with No Reason or even a contact of the facility "trying" to depend on them as are we residents. PLEASE don't use. Try a Local, regional agency. (Some aides are great, outstanding BUT the unknown variable!)

    There are so many complaints against Clipboard health and their unfair business practices. I too have worked for them for 6months and been denied pay due to an unfounded claim of a no show. I was late for a shift and worked a double to that. They reversed my pay 3months later and l said l didn't show up. I provided with proof that l had actually worked a double and subsequently cleared me but still refused to pay me.
    I think we are plenty to file a complaint with the ********** labor board.

    I work at a healthcare facility, and we get calls daily from Clipboard Health. We have asked them repeatedly not to call ** and we are not interested. They argue with ** and still try to "sell" themselves to **. We. Said. NO! They've even tried to bribe ** into using their company with a gift card (I'm looking at you, *****************. We still have the email you sent offering the gift card). We called their company number several times today, and it went directly to a "how was your call?" survey. We asked for a supervisor as we are weary of these harassing calls. We are then transferred to ************************* who was STILL trying to get ** to use Clipboard when all we wanted him to hear is... STOP CALLING ** and NO. **** even tried to sideways threaten ** with "who do I talk to in HR?". No one, ****. WE are Staffing, and all Agency goes through **. ****, by the way, didn't even give ** his correct phone number; he gave ** a number to a tire company.

    **************** is terrible. Having to email and chat through the App in order to get things resolved. Submitted my timesheet multiple times, stating there were erasures, when my timesheet was clear as day. I shouldn't have to harass a company to get paid for the work I provided. There is always an issue with Clipboard. This has been the worse experience I've encountered working for a registry.

    I worked a shift them and when I got to the facility I was unable to press clock in. I contacted the agency and they are telling me that they don't even see where I took the shift. They said that will confirm with the facility that I went. Now they stopped answering my messages. I emailed them my time sheet and the shift that I accepted. They are still not answering me back. I'm so mad I will not be working with them anymore this is the worst company I have ever worked for in my 10 years of nursing.

    I wish I could put a negative star. The communication is terrible and they pay with your pay. I worked over 12 hours at a facility as a nurse Thursday 10/20/22, they claim I pressed that I WAS A NO CALL NO SHOW however I spoke with them the same morning from the facility. How is it today is Tuesday 10/25/22 and I literally had to harass them in order to get paid. The agency verified that I worked there the very next day on the 21st so there no reason why this should of taken so long. They originally wanted me to call the facility to follow up on what happened which I refused. The agency gets paid for me being there so they should be calling around verifying things, why should they get paid for me doing my job plus theirs. This is not the first time I've had to harass them for my correct pay. This will be my last time working with them. I'm absolutely aggravated by their lack of team work and communication.

    Terrible been holding my pay for over week . They have gos on there app because use it clock in and out yet to verify anything on their end . Communication is terrible you talk 6 or 7 customer service they don't document incident or follow on anything. Every time you reach out it's different person and you repeating yourself once again on what's going on. They send you to these terrible facilities without seeing there conditions! Imagine going to work and people you never met try to become aggressive with you over picking up breakfast trays and you contact your supervisor they just say oh wow and still ain't get paid for that shift it was hour away both way ! Hopefully clipboard see this so I can get paid! To anyone that thinking about joining I suggest Not they have lot of stuff to figure out to run that agency accordingly

    Run from this company as fast as you can! These people are crooks and thieves. They barely want to pay you for a shift, and take forever to confirm an already submitted timesheet. They send you to bad facilities that are covid infested and barely have equipment to do vitals. God forbid if you have a family emergency. They do not care. If you are in the hospital for any reason, they do not care. You are basically work as if you're a robot for this company. They will suspend or deactivate your account even if you have a reason as to why you needed to call off. They will lure you in with high rates and about a month later expect them to drop.

    Low pay and they keep messing up my pay. I'm supposed to get paid at the end of the shift and had to wait 3 days for my 657 then, I worked a 12 hour shift that I didn't get paid for and it said I owed them $32 and they're being nasty with me because I want my money and it's against the law to withhold earnings. When I say I don't want to work tomorrow if they're not going to pay me and then they threaten to put me down as no call no show.

    Worst agency and I agree with everyone who has posted a review. I actually was deemed "dangerous" because I wouldn't allow other grown unprofessional schmucks to loud talk & degrade me & stood up for myself. The facilities are filthy, staff rude & unprofessional, and yes it's true the rates will drop after you've accepted your shift. They don't care if you're sick, car trouble or anything else. Also nurse of 22+ years here. This company alone will have you rethinking your career. They don't care about your side of the story at all which is sad when you give your time & energy to go to these God-awful stank facilities they provide.
