    Papaya's service fell short of expectations. Despite canceling payment within the specified timeframe, they deducted $350 from my account. The ongoing struggle for a refund, coupled with their delayed response, has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. A cautionary experience that prompts a reconsideration of their reliability. And now one of their incompetent workers I use that term loosely has stated they never took funds when it has been proven by bank statements as well as one of their other workers confirming. Do not download this app, I smell a lawsuit soon

    I paid a bill using Papaya and the amount wasn't sent for 90 days...I received a 2nd notification that the bill wasn't paid.I created a bill pay account and sent the payment from my bank. A month later I received a notification from Papaya that the bill was paid. I complained to Papaya that it took 90 days for you to process and I had already paid since it was 30 days since the 1st bill. Papaya sent a one dollar refund to my account. Insulting!!!

    Have had the same extremely poor experience with Papaya as others - Wisely uses Papaya for bill pay. I have payments that never show up, except they are taken out of my account immediately. ******************** that are cancelled 5 days after issue with no explanation. One payment actually was received and deposited only to have Papaya stop payment. The customer service is non-existent or polite and useless. Seven phone calls to request an answer to the cancelled payments, including 3 "escalations" with no explanation for the cancelations only assurance that the amount was credited back to the account. I believe they are intentionally fraudulent in order to make use of my money and only allow me to access my money if I use additional fee methods.Worst financial business I have ever encountered

    Took my money and never paid the company. I have yet to receive a response via email from them and it's been 8 months. Calling the number on their website only sends you to voicemail and tell you to email. If I could give it a zero, I would.

    Same problem as many... lots of "errors" that feel more like a scam to me. One time they debited a payment twice (one on one day and then again on the next day), but only sent the company one payment. Another time they debited the money, then sent the ****** a "credit card" to charge. When the ****** charged the card, it declined. Or in other words, I paid Papaya $175 and they kept the money without sending it on to the ******. Ended up paying twice.I'm not sure if this is a scam, or just a terribly put together product, but either way you will eventually have problems which will cost you hundreds.

    Ive had payments in progress for a week. I had to pay the provider so I could receive care, but now when I try to cancel the payment through the app, it says I cant. I also tried to call and email Papya customer service. In both instances, Ive only been able to reach robots that misunderstand my very clear questions. This is unacceptable for any company, especially one engaged in financial services.

    My very much needed medical appointment was canceled because the provider did not receive their payment that was made using papaya app. The bill had to be paid to them before they could even reschedule the appointment. So now we have to figure out how to get the original $150 payment from papaya back

    First off, I've dealt with ***************************** several times over the past few years and I've never NEVER had any issues with making payments. As of 02/21/2023, ***************************** in *******, ** still hasn't received my payment in full that I made through Papaya Payments on 02/10/2023 in the amount of $463.62 plus the 3% Papaya Fee for a total amount of $477.53 charged to my credit card. A payment of $463.61 (a *********************) was made to ***************************** thru Papaya with my credit card on 02/10/2023. Another payment was charged to my credit card from Papaya Payments for their 3% fee of $13.91 (also a *********************). I'm on a fixed income and there's no way I can afford to pay out another$463.62! I need to know why my payment was never sent from Papaya to *****************************. Thank you for your assistance.

    one star only because i cant leave a negative star rating. i had no warning the site charged a 3 % fee. there was no indication of the fee until AFTER I hit the make payment button. What a cheesy low brow way to run a business. If you are charging a fee be honest enough to say so up front
