    I have been a member of this company for just a couple of months. A few days ago when attempting to log into my account, I received the following message: "This Account has been deactivated. Contact CS. I have contacted ** several times for them to tell me its now permanently deactivated because of findings of not total honest answers. This is an outrage accusing me of being dishonest. I have ask for proof of their claims of dishonest answers. They will not respond to that. I have been unable to regain access. There is no available customer service phone number, and my attempts to file a support tickets is the same response. My account had a balance of over $60.00 worth of SB,and I ask for that be be put on a ******* card and given to me because I spent a lot of hours earning it. ** will not respond to what I am owed they have kept that money. Additionally, I have encountered numerous issues with surveys, where I would complete them only to be informed at the end that I was ineligible. I have spent significant time engaging with various earning methods, only to repeatedly encounter messages stating I would not receive the promised rewards. After reading numerous reviews from other users, it is evident that I am not alone in experiencing account deactivation or non-payment for earned rewards. This appears to be a pattern for them in these actions to avoid payouts. I am extremely frustrated, having invested considerable time into surveys only to be denied compensation.I am requesting that they resolve this issue by reinstating my account and providing the rewards I rightfully earned. I urge others to be cautious when engaging with this platform, as many users have reported similar negative experiences.If a representative from them reads this, you owe me the money I earned. I expect a prompt resolution. My recommendation to anyonedo not sign up with this scam company It says their revenue is 100 m to 1 B no wonder because are keeping everyones money they earned.

    I love swagbucks. I enjoy the perks and I actually love doing surveys. Some are vey interesting. Some waste my time. But usually a win win situation. Ty *********

    I am definitely happy with this app. It’s an easy way to earn a couple bucks towards gift cards and to have fun while doing it. The daily trivia is fun and the other ways to earn are worth the time I spend.

    I have been a member of ************* for a little over a month. Today, when attempting to log into my account, I received the following message: "This Account has been deactivated. Please log in to our website to re-activate your account." Despite multiple login attempts, I have been unable to regain access. There is no available customer service phone number, and my attempts to file a support ticket have been *************** the time of deactivation, my account had a balance of $25.00 worth of SB, with an additional $160.00 pending. Additionally, I have encountered numerous issues with surveys, where I would complete them only to be informed at the end that I was ineligible.     Extremely disappointed. Too many surveys disqualify you after spending an inordinate amount of time answering their questions. Borderline scam by survey companies posting surveys on this website.The rate of reward is 5 cents per minute or less ($3/hour). The length of time to complete surveys is often deceptive. They tend to take much longer to complete than listed. If you are bored or like completing surveys, then have at it, otherwise steer clear of the Swagbucks website.

    God awful. Extremely scammy. Looks like with all the research i did this company just tries to get out of paying redemptions any and everyway they can. There is no reason a ****** transfer takes this long. Waiting on two $15 redeems and its just insane. **************** is unhelpful to say the least. Time is valuable and this company enjoys wasting yours. *****.

    Ive been able to earn about ***** cents per day. It adds up and I cash it in for gift cards to buy things on ****** or TJ Max, even spa gift cards. Its a passive income fora little to spend on myself.
