    Spent a month working the site like a full time job, just to be locked out of my account ON MY BIRTHDAY and having to spend my birthday going back and forth with people who aren't even taking the time to read my emails. **** from customer service is the worst. He keeps sending the same template instead of actually responding. Now I've spent a whole month of my life for nothing and I can't cash out even a *****. They say it's bc I have to verify my account by uploading my id, which I tried to do several times. Their app for id scanning has the barcode scanner in the middle, but ** ID's have the barcode at the top. No matter how I take the pic, it won't process it. I explained that to **** whose response was to ignore my and the photo copy of my ID I sent him (so they DO have my ID with my name and address, all of which match up to my account, and he then proceeded to send the same template to upload ID with zero intent to address my response and ID and app upload issues. I should have read the BBB reviews before giving so much of my time and information. Now I'm getting spam calls between 9 and 14 times a day every single day and I have nothing to show for any of it.

    I love everything abouts Swagbucks, Surveys are fun and easy. Also your system is so friendly to follow. Been a member for like forever, but now I am extra active and never forget to press my SWAGBUCKS!

    LOVE using the site (depending on my mood, I could spend a lot more time on it than I should!) Swagbucks is the BEST of it's kind out there!! I've been a member for over 10 yrs. It may take some time to complete tasks etc. it just depends on how much ************* you choose to expend, and I have NEVER had a major issue with getting problems resolved. Great **************** when needed & earned gift cards are received in a timely manner. TY **************************

    Not getting rewarded through mypoints and getting deactivated on all of my accounts swagbucks, inboxdollars ******, and mypoints bc 1 tech decided to report that i was misusing the courtesy points that they don't have to give, but they are stealing from me ** i had $250+ accumulated total on all 4 that they have already gotten paid for. ** the same tech told me you only get paid when we do, well they was paid for the amounts ** it was credited to my account and they decided to deactivate my accounts and not let me get my money, so they stole from me. and in the emails they only state I "abused" it on mypoints no mention of the other ones and they keep giving the same bot answers. i used to love to use their apps, but the 1 tech messed me over ** she got mad i asked for a higher up to look at the matter, which i was told by other techs a while back to do that.

    This issue continues since Thursday . I am locked out of my accounts . None of the links work and I have submitted all documents via persona and I independently emailed them via contact us . They are not fixing my issue and sent me an email saying its on me their new verfication links that dont work. I sent my personal information regarding this. They dont answer phones and I am being sent off. No fix for my account and I been a loyal member for four yrs eight hours a day because I dont have disposal income and surffered personal illness and death in the family. These sites gave me hope , a way to stay caught up on bills but since last week I been disgusted disappointed and dismayed. I just want my account recovered so I can earn money and be productive. Sincerely , exhausted and angry.

    Absolutely horrible. Wish I could give them zero stars. Once you start earning a lot of money on their site, they would literally close your account without any warning/reason and steal your hard earned money. Dont waste your time on Prodege if you value your time!

    I love this app! I've enjoyed doing surveys and playing games for sb rewards! Sometimes I have difficulty getting surveys to accept me, but all n all I've managed to earn about $300 in about 8 months. Love the team challenges, you meet other members that can be very helpful in helping you learn to use the app successfully! This is one of the best!
