If I could give this sham of a company ZERO stars I would. I read the reviews beforehand and should have never given these criminals a chance.
I used this company for payment processing for 1 week and had over thousands of dollars of sales to only have them tell me they are going to hold my money for six months.
I signed up with them on a Thursday and with most payment processors you don't get paid on the weekends, Monday I receive an email that they need some more documentation. Which is already a red flag, why would you start the service 3 days earlier if you need for information. Causing me to lose marketing dollars and inventory and not get paid. I reply to the email on Monday within 15 minutes with all necessary information. Two days go by I get no response so I call Wednesday they claim to have never received the email and they would get back to me by end of business Wednesday. Once again no response so I call back Thursday to see what's going on and the cowards send me an email saying they won't be paying me for my weeks worth of sales and will be holding my money for six months.
Should have never approved my business in the first place if further information was needed.
I'm convinced these processors do this on purpose to keep cash on the books, if you are constantly holding hundreds of businesses cash hostage they continue to stay afloat.

Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns. Our Risk management team has the responsibility to review processing activity and verify specific details related to business validation, and other factors. The combination of concerns raised through statement and tracking review, in addition to chargebacks received for non-receipt of goods led to the decision to exercise our right to hold funds to protect Paysafe from future losses. Contractually, we can hold funds for up to 180 days to protect against loss. We would be agreeable to reviewing 60 days following closure (on or around 10/18) and if no further chargebacks are received, consider a release. We apologize for any inconvenience.

1 starS*******! Enough said! We contacted Paysafe just to find out information for our very small business. They needed to see if we qualified and asked all sorts of questions. Including our bank routing number. Which we unwisely gave. We never activated any account nor made any customer transactions with these people. Couldn’t even walk you through it if I had to. Months later we seen an inrecognized charge on our account and it was them. We called ans our bank overheard them say our account had to been activated they were awaiting us. We let them know we wanted nothing to do with their company ans yo make no more charges. Fixed our account so they couldn’t. Then still multiple calls and messages about us paying for a swiper. I emailed Martha told her I did not want a swiper ans we would not be doing business please stop contacting us. One week later 8/4/22 she left a message in regards to swiper again. I call her and ask what she’s speaking of. She states it needed to be paid for before they could ship. I told her we didn’t order nor did we want business with them. She proceeds to tell me she needs to email me a closed account form. Or they would keep charging me. For what? I told her to charge away. I have not received any services from this company at all.
