I'm impessed and thrilled! *******, your representative and talented architect took the time to draw up practical and reasonable options. Yesterday the installer **** arrived right on time and went to work getting the closet's organized and installed. He was polite, professional and took extra time to be sure I was pleased. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!Closet World

I had an appointment with ****** yesterday. I was thrilled by how easy it was. Shes very smart, thoughtful, and genuine, and she explained everything. I appreciate the time she took to take measurements, answer all my questions, and listen to what I wanted. She listened to my needs, and for that, Im doing business with Closet World.Closet World

If I can give 0 stars I would!!! We needed 2 closet doors for the 2 bedrooms in our house. My husband found an ad for Closet World and decided to get a quote. The sales representative was ***** ********* and after our closet was measured and price quotes, we decided to go ahead and order them. We put a down payment for half the purchase price and everything was good. However after a few weeks we wanted to know when our closet doors will be delivered and we were given the run ********* husband and I made multiple phone calls and were told our order is still pending and no installation date could be given. We even ask ***** to help us and she told us she cant get a hold of anybody to give a date. We got fed up and decided to just cancel the order. Again we were told that in order to do this we need to speak to a manager. We never got a call from anyone after multiple phone calls. We finally decided to dispute the down payment amount through our credit card. Needless to say that we didnt expect this from a company like Closet World. We are so disappointed and just wanted to share our experience. I see some great reviews and I wish our experience was different.Update: I disputed the total deposit amount of $2360 with my credit card company on 4/2/25. As of today, 5/27/25 CW is refusing to issue a credit for closets that were NEVER delivered nor installed. I had to send documentation of all my phone calls to customer service and sales representative *****, to my credit card company. Again I never expected this from a company such as **.Closet World

We had an angled walk-in master **************************** Closet World designer, ******* Pink, created a closet system that made the most of the space we have. We wanted closet doors to hide our clothing & multiple drawers plus shoe shelves. She gave us all of that in Latitude White. We are thrilled with our closet systemabsolutely beautiful.Closet World

It was a great experience for me! My guys were awesome. They pulled up in their truck and never stopped working! They installed my garage cupboards and work station perfectly. Then they wiped the cupboards down leaving no mess behind!Closet World

I hired them first to install a walk-in closet. They did an okay job except that they didn't center the unit on the wall. This made installing the baseboards difficult.I hired them a second time to install a home office. They initially canceled my appointment on the day of install because their employees were hungover. When I complained, they sent installers with insufficient parts to complete the job as previously agreed. They offered to return at a later date to do it right, but I work from home and needed it installed asap.They apparently don't make backboards or desktops in lengths greater than 8', something that wasn't disclosed to me beforehand. So, my 12' home office has raised seams where the units abut.Only half of my toe-kicks were nailed in. I called to have them installed correctly, which they did for my home office, but not for my closet. Manager repeatedly lied to me and ultimately offered to fix their botched install for $150!!!Closet World
