      Placed an order and booked an installation date several weeks later. They called and hour and twenty minutes before the appointment time to tell me they didn't have the materials for the installation. This was after they called several times to confirm the appointment. After I called them back to cancel the order I was told it was not within the 3 day window and would not receive a refund. Closet world had several weeks to prepare for this install, clearly they should have discovered they didn't have the materials for this order before calling and hour and twenty minutes before the installation. After taking the day off and clearing out the old closet space, this was a huge inconvenience. Closet world should provide a minimum of 24 hours notice before canceling an appointment made several weeks before. I believe a full refund should be given, especially since they don't have the materials anyway.

      I just ordered my second closet remodel! The first project was in 2005. Their work has held up just fine, so I have returned for a new project! My design consultant, Carla, was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I am looking forward to my new installation!
