      Quality is not what I expected. Closet was not securely installed and shelves collapsed and crashed down on my head. There was no remorse for their incomplete service. It took a lot of time to get someone to service our home. When someone arrived they were willing to help but did not speak English. I had to work with ****** translate as an interpreter. I am still in pain from the accident. There has been no follow up from the company nor any credit for not doing the work properly.

      We just finished purchasing and making arrangements for our new closet system to be installed in a little over a month last night. Executive Senior Designer, ******* Pink, was terrific. She was accessible, competent, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Basically, she knows her product and offers options for the benefit of the client, we were very impressed. Having owned businesses for years we were pleased to be working with a professional. We look forward to enjoying our new closet system in the near future.

      The designer was nice but only seeing a drawing was not enough to make educated decisions about shelf size. The installers were disrespectful to myself and my property causing damage to new carpet and egregious damage due to their neglegance during the removal of the closet rods. They did not protect their workspace with drop cloths and did not even bring a shop vac to clean up properly afterwards. They refused to use booties properly (I had to supply them since they did not have them). And they setup up their cutting on the grass out front which is not dying due to the waste they left on it.I am still missing a drawer. (it has been almost a month) I have already been charged for the work but it is NOT complete. and I have over $1K in damages.

      When I initially placed my order for a cabinet, I was confident that the designer accurately captured my specifications. At that time, I was preparing to leave for the ***********, and the designer rushed me into finalizing my order without giving me the opportunity to thoroughly review all the details. Upon my return, I discovered that the cabinet I ordered was only 12 inches deep. I had no intention of ordering such a shallow cabinet, as I was not looking for bookshelves, but rather a functional cabinet that would meet my needs.I immediately tried reaching out to the designer through text and phone calls, but I received no response. I then scheduled the installation, and to my dismay, the installation team informed me that the order was, indeed, for a 12-inch deep cabinet. I refused to allow them to proceed with the installation unless the issue was resolved. I subsequently spoke with the manager, who presented me with two options: either cancel the order and lose 50% of my payment, or amend the contract for a much higher price, blaming me for not double-checking the contract.I was hoping that the manager would be willing to meet me halfway in a fair compromise, but unfortunately, he made it clear that no such compromise was possible. He even stated that the company was unaware of who my designer was, which only added to my frustration. Throughout this entire process, I was given no meaningful resolution or support. In the end, I am left with a $900 loss, no credit, and no cabinet, which is deeply disappointing.While I understand that mistakes can happen, I believe that quality customer service is the key to a successful business. A company that does not value customer satisfaction cannot thrive. I am deeply disheartened by the lack of responsiveness and the unwillingness to find a reasonable solution in this matter.

      The finished garage is beyond my expectations. **** is a great designer, thoughtful, and conscientious. I was lucky enough to have ****** as my installer. There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful he is. He turned my garage into a showplace with his meticulous and tireless work. The products are very well constructed and I hope this beautiful space is timeless. Thank you closet world for surpassing my vision. The entire experience was a pleasure.

      Awful experience. Not only poor communication, but the quality of the material is poor. I had multiple pieces of hardware and wood damaged and sctrached upon delivery. I requesteed to talk to a manager and waited on hold for 2 hours. Finally got in touch with someone and ordered replacements for the damaged Items. Fast forward a week and those replacements were damaged as well. I am now waiting for a 3rd shipment and my experience has been awful. The installer has scratched and damaged the hardwood floors in my home. The sales person did not do well on setting expectations or showing the product and design we were purchasing. Extremely disappointed and I would not recommend this service.

      Ugly, not what I wanted. The whole time I was being sold to get a closet I was being under sold every crappy product the white one not the one with the best molding, no molding no backing being told I can get it cheaper elsewhere, so the whole thing gets installed for $5000, And it is so ugly. I have so much work to do and more money to pour into it. Also called the morning of installation and made sure they would not be there before 2 PM. They got there at 12:30 so the closet was not even cleaned out yet. They had to stand there awkwardly. I rushed to throw out all of my clothes it was awful and its gonna be a nightmare to put them all in now since I couldnt even organize it. On top of all of that, the design is terrible. You cant even reach parts of it that shouldve been drawers.

      Absolutely horrible. The designer did not design my pantry correctly so the installer had to fix to make it look half way decent but still does not look like what I pictured. There is a weird gap what we had to deal with. The designer, *******, claims she tried to explain the design as best as she could with her drawing. It would be better to have an Ipad or something to be able to show what the end result will look like. Instead, you have to wait until it is installed after paying 3K for pantry and small closet. We were expecting a classy and professional look when done but it looks like bookshelves or cabinets I could have bought at ******* for tons less and did my self. It goes not look professionally by no means. If we knew it would look like this, we would have just taken down our wire shelves, keep the brackets and put up wood shelves instead. I am extremely unhappy to have wasted 3K.
