  I was so impressed with the designer which created our idea for a built in shelf wall encasing our flat screen TV. She was an excellent listener and added her expertise to design a fabulous wall! The pricing was very competitive too! I recommend this company!

  I ordered two jobs from closet world a shoe wall and a laundry room closet space consisting of two closets six shelves. The install was on November 18th and the installers did not complete the job the doors on the laundry room cupboards were at least a quarter of an inch apart when closed.. not acceptable. New installers came out on the 30th corrected the problem but forgot to bring the shelves. I was contacted by the install supervisor ***** on Dec 2 .. he assured me that he would have somebody drop off those shelves to me within this week. Today I got a call from the install center and they told me that the installers earliest time to come out to fix my problem would be December 22nd that's over a month from The originals install date. I was told then by ***** that I was not going to get the shelves delivered to me because the job up here in my area got canceled so they're just going to go ahead and wait until the 22nd of December. I have other things going on in my house such as painting and flooring and I need this project to be complete and although I tried to call corporate to figure this out the corporate receptionist would not allow me to talk to anybody in corporate and I was being very polite they just blindly transferred me to the install department if this is the runaround I get after spending more than $6,000 I don't know what quality is anymore because this company is a sorry excuse for quality

  Our design consultation experience was a positive experience. Courteous, professional service and skills that made us confident in the information we received. She was on time and quick to get started on the project. We appreciated the time and attention she gave our project plans. We found her to be a skilled individual.

  **************** designed my closet and I had requested one side to be all shelves only for shoes. I had a pleasant experience with ******** but once the closet was installed, I noticed there was a ton of space between the shelves and that it wasn't optimized to fit more shoes. Upon measuring it, I found that 4 additional shelves could be installed.
  
  I called Closet World to purchase the additional four 12" x 16" white shelves but was quoted an egregious price of around $60 each and they refused to give me the 50% discount I received for my closet installation. They also quoted an egregious shipping price of ~$60 for in town shipping, twice the retail price. I then reached out to ******** via email copying his manager ***** ********* letting him know the shelf space he designed had not been optimized and that I needed 4 more shelves at the same 50% discount.
  
  After not hearing back from ******** for two weeks and then finally getting in touch with him, the best he could offer was 20%. This wasn't acceptable as I should receive the same discount I received for the closet and they should have optimized the space in their design.
  
  After a month of back and forth and several unanswered emails, I finally spoke with ***** ********* who told me he would not give me the 50% discount. When I asked him who he reported to, he said the *** of the company. When I asked what's the ***'s name he said he doesn't know. He straight up lied to me after repeatedly asking him the same question.
  
  ************ clearly doesn't care about customer service and making things right. And ***** lying to me about not knowing who is boss is a complete lack of professionalism. Considering how frequently this company advertises 40 to 50% discounts this should have been very easy to resolve and keep a customer happy.
  
  I strongly discourage anyone from working with Closet World given my experience.

  Both the saleslady - ********************* and your installer (sept ** XXX-XXXXX) were excellent.
  Very knowledgeable and personable. Follow up for supplying two missing drawers was efficiently handled. I would recommend you to anyone.

  HORRIBLE COMPANY. They sent the designer to my house and then scheduled the installation date. When the installer arrived, some of the cabinets had been damaged, they didn't give him all the materials needed to complete the job AND the measurements were wrong. so after taking time off of work for the install I then had to take ANOTHER day off as I was rescheduled for two weeks later. the day before the install I got a time frame of 1pm-3pm, then i got a call it would be between 2-4. They didnt arrive until after 5!! i had my garage and pantry to be completed. I had people in my house until almost 11 pm and not to mention the job did not get finished! NOT WORTH THE MONEY. go with a different company! one that knows what they are doing! These people hire "designers" who dont even know how to take appropriate measurements! I lost money going with this company due to taking off time at work that was ultimately for nothing. just dont do it. if you do, you'll regret it.

  Bad customer service, multiple delays due to their wrong component, bad quality with scratches, costing me over $10k USD and when I called about the delays their customer service guy was super impolite! Really bad company management, almost a fraud I would feel.. DO NOT USE Closet World, you will likely spent tons of money and make a huge mistake leaving someone like me who doesn't complain alot so upset I now complain every time I see a Closet World ad.

  I spent almost ****** dollars and was very excited to get a CUSTOM closet from a professional installer as they advertise. The installer was 3hrs late, banged HUGE holes in my walls and staircase as he carried equipment up stairs and said NOTHING when I brought it up...3 times. He used my bathroom without asking and left p*** all over my toilet and even floor! He also left his ********* drink In a corner hidden in my house to rot!!! After all of that, my closet is FALLING down, so installation is very poor. It's NOT custom at all, their are multiple gaps between floor and closet. So it's not custom at all. Turns out they use Simialr closets from ikea, so I could have done the same job for around ***** dollars and no p*** on my toilet/floor and no holes In my wall. I will make sure to warn EVERYONE about this company.

  One of the worst experiences. Nightmare dealing with Closet World. We would never use them again. We wanted exactly what their website shows.. with wood panels covering the whole closet, just like their website. When the builders came to do the work, all panels stopped with 2 foot gap between the closets they built and the ceiling. And the nightmare begins. Their design team does not know how to design and be explicit. the blame was shifted to us, saying we did not mentioned that. As first time customers, how would we know these's details ? We assumed based on pictures that they show off on their website. They missed appointments, we had to constantly call them, and a job that should have taken 3/4 days, ended up being over a month. We tried to talk to upper management, they would never call us back. We could not make our point above middle management. Just one of the worst experiences.
