    I ordered 2 Lapel Jackets from Manlytshirt on October 21, 2024. I checked my Mail Delivery Statuses on Numerous Occasions. Still yet, to receive my Delivery. I've tried in vain to reach out to their ***************** No one is available. Furthermore, sent Emails to their Business without any Results. Please Help, BBB. I feel that I've been Scammed by these People. I just want my Merchandise that I've paid for. That's all. Enough is Enough. Never experienced so much Buyers Remorse in my Entire Life. HELP ME!!!

    This is a dishonest company. Their clothing does not look anything like it does online. If you try to initiate a return, they run you around, hoping you will walk away and give up. Please do not make the mistake of ordering from this companyyou will regret it!

    Absolute scam. The products they send you are cheap imitations of what they advertise on their site, made up of terrible materials. **************** is designed to string you along until you miss your credit card filing date for a dispute.AVOID - FAKE PRODUCTS - SCAM

    Absolutely abysmal customer service but it's to be expected from what appears to be a shell company for Chinese merchandise. The company is essentially a scam with decent IT. They won't return anything or exchange and they openly block you when you try and get your money back. They should be put out of business in the **.

    November 2, 2024 I placed an online order with concerns of a men's 4X sweater. Surprisingly, Its now November 25, ************************************************* a tracking number, I have emailed this online company several times and they have responded by saying they will let me know when the online order is complete. Honestly, it appears this company is a online scam and something should be done immediately to keep others from being defrauded thank you in advance for your cooperation regarding this matter

    Zero stars. Requested return shipping label and after 4 emails they wanted photos. I made several email attempts to get a return shipping and tracking number details but have not received a response to my inquiries. This is a scam. I wish that they could be closed.

    This is a *************** that does not care to refund your money or exchange anything! They sent me a shirt with buttons missing and a smaller size than described. They dance around within emails and do nothing to refund the product. This company should be investigated and closed down!

    Listen to what everyone else is telling you about this company. The product is appauling quality and when I received it I asked them to send me returns details, they evenutally (after I sent photos of product in its ORIGINAL condition) said the product was damaged and they would only give me 40% off MORE product!!!! Stay clear of them they're a scam. And the actual rating is 0 but it's not possible to give that rating.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I have sent emails, texts, phone calls to return an item and never get a response. The shirts do not fit and I needed to return.Never heard back from them. I will donate the shirts. Shame on this compahy. Beware!!!!

    Their customer service and return policy is a scam. They do not supply you with the information needed to return anything. Their site states this:Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at (email) to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. They never respond.
