  DO NOT ORDER or DO BUSINESS with this SHADY COMPANY!!!nn. This company is very misleading. Their website implies their products are in stock and ready to ship. I ordered a jacket on Aug 6th 2024 from the website. Waited a few days for a shipping notice. Sent an email to customer support requesting status on 8/9/2024. On 8/10/24 I received a response stating the item was waiting to be manufactured. I responded on 8/10/24. requesting cancellation as it wouldnt arrive in time for my event. I did not receive a response. I sent another cancellation request on 8/12/24 requesting immediate cancellation and refund or I would dispute the charge with my CC company and contact the Better Business Bureau. I received a response on 8/13/24 stating there would be a 15% cancellation fee since the order was cancelled after 24 hours. This is completely unfair as the company never sent any response about expected shipping date. Only sent an email confirming the order was received. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

  June 17th, 2024, I ordered a men's size 5X 4th of July pants for my brother. The pants arrived on July 5th and were very small (2 sizes smaller) I sent an email to Manly support through ******** Messenger. Manly responded asking that I send measurements of the chest and shoulder, width and sleeve length. I told them, I ordered pants! and that their website for refunds DID NOT require ME to measure before I ordered. I sent them a photo to clearly show them how small the pants were. I was asked to complete a survey for them on their ********, then they would refund me. I agreed, then I read all the bad reviews and wrote Manly no, that I want a full refund. It is now July 31st and I'm still being asked to send measurements.

  If there were a rating below 1, I would give it. Manlytshirt.com engages in not only unethical but illegal business practices. I ordered a Men's Vintage Double Collar Leather Long Sleeve Zip Fly Bomber Jacket, 26675178M 1, Brown/M. When giving the details, the advertisement stated, Material: Genuine Leather. The genuine leather is supple as butter. The jacket I received contained no leather. The tag affixed to the jacket stated, The garment is made from ablend [sic] of cotton and linen. Also, in spite of following the size chart, the jacket was designed such that it did not fit (i.e., there was a 6 gap between the left and right sides of the jacket, making it impossible to zip or snap it closed). Before ordering, I read the reviews provided. They were numerous and all glowing. I later found out they were fabricated, and, in fact, the real reviews were 60% very negative (1 ratings). They also do not allow you to return the product.Added to all the above, they go out of their way to prevent you from even contacting them. The note at the bottom of the order confirmation email said, If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at (a URL was provided). I tried both and received a delivery failure notice with the following message each time.Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.After hours of searching and trying different ways to reach them, I was successful by opening a Yahoo account. They refused to provide a means of returning the item and said it was not their policy to provide refunds. Sadly, my credit card company was of little help, and I had to pay. By making me do so, they enabled not only unethical but criminal behavior. Do not deal with this company.

  My order was too small and when I requested a refund, they said theyd work with me to get my order in my size. After that, no response from them on status of my replacement. I was hopeful but losing that now with their lack of response to my emails.

  I never received my order. I made several attempts to find out shipping and tracking number details but have not received a response to those inquiries. This is a scam.

  I purchased two items from this company a week ago. The products' quality was way below the advertised one. The size tag on the jacket was cut off, and the jacket's size was three times smaller than what we requested and paid for. The vest looks as if someone, completely new to the craft of creating men's cloth, produced it. It took me three or four email messages to be sent before the customer service person answered it. I asked the customer service people to initiate the return process (to supply me with a return authorization and the return address so that I could send the items back to them at my expense since the company does not offer return postage). Instead, I was offered a 50% refund for the items by the customer service person. This "company" collects people's resources by selling us items that are not near enough to the quality it advertises on its website, which is very disappointing.

  I purchased several items from this organization. I received my items and one of the items was too small, I immediately viewed their policy and procedures concerning returns, I sent several emails and it took at least five days for someone to respond. After I received the response I was instructed to go to ******** and give them a great rating. I was appalled to get that type of response. What type of company is this? I can only advise new buyers to stay away from ManlyTshirt com. The company has poor customer service and whatever it takes for me to let the world know, I will do it.

I have 16 separate conversations with them on our email chain, and they still have not reimbursed me the amount that I paid. Purchasing from this company is the same as throwing money down the toilet.

  Buyer Beware! Their customer service is horrible. I've been trying to return a sweater for weeks & these folks just keep giving me the run around. Asking me to take pics of me measuring the sweater with a measuring tape, etc. I believe I now have about 8 email responses from them asking me to do absurd things like this!

Although they say that there is a refund policy, they will not refund you your money, instead they will continue to email you back and forth until you give up. I have 16 separate conversations with them on our email chain, and they still have not reimbursed me the amount that I paid. Purchasing from this company is the same as throwing money down the toilet.
