Excellent ***************** I was amazed at how quickly they answered my questions whether it was through an email or phone call. With phone call they answered my questions quickly and straight to the point same with the emails. I am still waiting for a ************** and they even help me with that as well and they will help me if I need to extend the court date. Excellent Service. I was not happy at 1st, the initial phone call was with a salesman. It was obvious he couldn't answer my questions about the service, he had to make the sale. I was in a tight spot so I just went ahead and paid. Once I paid everything was easy and convenient. They we're very helpful and kind. The best part is that Getdismissed helped me beat the ticket! Very happy and relieved. Followed the directions after uploading my ticket on the app. Few days after sending the documents ONE WEEK prior to the ticket due date (this is important!), I received a letter stating that my ticket was dismissed and refund of the post bail amount will be sent. Very helpful staff. I was issued a speeding ticket and after contacting GetDismissed and following their procedure and sending in the paperwork, I was found not guilty and my ticket was dismissed! This saved me $365 plus having to go to traffic school or points on my license.Getdismissed.com
