I was very skeptical and uncomfortable at the start. I even called them back almost immediately, asking for a refund and cancellation. If it wasn't for one of their agents' honesty and explanation of the process, I would have, and I am glad I didn't. The staff were very friendly and professional, even when I wasn't. Whenever I needed a change in the defense letter, it was done within minutes. In the end, the ticket was dismissed, although the process took a few months. But that is how the court system works; you just have to trust and patiently wait.Getdismissed.com
