    I purchased this foot cream from Footnanny.com on Oct 5, 2023. My card was debited on Oct 6, 2023. The only contact that I have is that the order was confirmed.I have attached the purchase order and several emails that I sent. I also sent went on their website and sent emails through their contact information. I have tried calling. No answer. The order number is 21f-871

    I placed my order with Footnanny on July 7,2023. I got a confirmation of my order, my credit card was also immediately charged. No further communication was received after that. Apparently there is no way to check on your order on their website. I emailed several times trying to find out the status of my order, with no reply. I finally received my order August 3rd. My order was missing products. I immediately messaged and emailed the company asking for the missing products or a refund. I have emailed several more times since, still no reply. Footnanny products are excellent and have recommended them to family and friends in the past. Their customer service is non existent and I feel I am owed refund for products that were not received. My daughter also placed an order on the same date and also had missing products. This is a terrible way to treat customers. Thank you for your assistance.

    I ordered some foot cream from footnanny that was supposed to be delivered on Monday April 24th 2023. The carrier was ***** and ***** delivered it to the wrong house. I complained to ***** and filed a claim which was denied by ***** they said that footnanny had to handle this. What ***** does not have any customer service phone number that works I cannot get a live person on their live chat and I am out almost $50 and will never do business with this business again. There has been no offer to rectify anything and various attempts to get in touch with them by email have been ignored.

    I ordered two items on May 16, 2022 during a View My Deal episode. I paid $39.15 for Peppermint Heel Balm and Lavender Cream. I received an email shortly after confirming my order. Three days later received another email saying shipment was on the way. On June 28, ************************************************************* ***************** many orders had been destroyed. They stated in the email that they would be getting orders out soon. I sent many email questioning when my items would arrive and called their customer service line on 10/4/22, 10/28/22, 1/19/23. The customer service team could only leave messages to higher **** On 2/3/23 I finally received an email from founder ***************************** stating she could not refund my money due to the fact I used PayPal. She then told me I should file a claim with PayPal and she would approve a refund. I filed the claim the same day with PayPal but they denied it since in had been longer than 180 days. I forwarded their response to ****** and never heard back. I have tried reaching out to the company but they keep changing their customer service phone numbers. Last attempt was last week when I could only use the Chat function on their website to reach customer service. I did that and was told I would get a response within 24 hours. That response never came. I cant believe I have had to work so hard to get the products I paid for!

    I placed an order for foot creme on January 14, 2023. I have not received product or refund. I have tracked it through ***** It was returned to them on Feb 4 2023. I have tried to contact them several times by chat and email and have not heard from anyone. The phone number listed is not correct. It's for a ******* giftcard????

    I placed an order from on Footnanny.com, a local business in my area on Saturday, February 25th. I also request priority shipping. But I have not received any updates on my order. I've attempted to contact them via email, phone at ************ (invalid mailbox), social media ********* **************** but no luck. At this point, due to the poor service and lack of response, I would like to get a refund instead of the merchandise.

    I placed an order with Footnanny on January 3, 2023. I received order confirmation and paid with PayPal. I have contacted this company twice via phone and once via live chat. I have been told someone would contact me within 24 hours and I have not received any communication from anyone. They took my money but never sent my product.
