      They replaced my ******* Fridge Display module but there was no SD Card reader module. After display repair, I'm no longer able to see all Picture memory from my SD Card. Though I follow up several time, no one call back. Finally service ticket was cancelled due to part no longer available though they get full payment from my credit card.

      Terrible service for appliance repairs. They felt no obligation to honor their commitments on repairing our freezer and kept cancelling or rescheduling our appointments, even after assuring us they would come on time. After three cancellations, they basically told us to find a different repair service. What kind of business does this to their customers?

      Shady business practices! They tell you they offer certain services, and they proceed to come out to the home, and then tell you they dont offer agreed upon services. Services requested was replacement of a dryer hose.

      Horrible company. Scheduled appointment, then canceled saying they would come out once parts came in. Never looked at unit. Technician came and saw a few spiders behind the unit. Said nope. I will tell them you were not home and they will call to reschedule. Never looked at the unit. I cleared out the few spiders. Never heard from company again. Called the technician back and he said he closed the ticket due to infestation. I took the back off the unit and it was totally clear. I took a video of it also. Looked brand new. Called ******* again. Agent said she was sending out another company. That company never got a ticket. Called ******* yet again and they created another ticket. Tekniton called to say waiting on parts again. Then scheduled another appointment. No one came and no one called. So 2 days lost from work now. Called Tekniton back and they said they were not coming out because the previous Technician said the unit was infested. Offered to send the video. No. Said I had to call ******* again. Called ******* again and they said I have to have an exterminator come and sign off that it was not infested. Offered to send the video. No. So now I cannot even get my unit that was never even looked at in the first place fixed. I don't want these liars anywhere near my home. Would give no stars if I could. Better yet -5 stars.

      The fridge cooling system stopped working. No cooling in the entire fridge. ******* sent tekniton. The technician took three seconds to look at a flashing code and said it was the compressor. But he said because the ticket said out of warranty (even though the compressor was in warranty, we since have received a refund for the whole fridge) he could not work on it. He charged us a 100$ service fee and left. Did not open the fridge up or do any real servicing. Just looked at a flashing code. Come to find out, he was not even licensed to work on cooling system issues. And the ticket expressly said it was a cooling issue. We then got Air Motion as a provider and they worked out, but dealing with ******* was still a nightmare and a whole different set of issues. Currently trying to get a hold of tekniton to be refunded the 100 dollars but they never pick up their phones. And ******* will not refund it because it was a out of warranty service charge. Never buy a ******* fridge. Never.

      Like everyone has said below, the company still remains to lack customer service. I was able to get an appointment with them once but when I needed a follow-up appointment, it was straight silence. They never answer their phones either.
