    I was moving mid November from one apartment complex to another. While moving my items, they damaged a large wooden vintage mirror valuing around $300. I immediately called the driver and he stated it was in the back of the truck. I continued to call and informed the company that my mirror was still missing. After about 6 weeks, they sent a claim form with my name spelled incorrectly. I then continued to contact them until that was corrected. I finally completed the form and never heard from the company for about a month. I called and asked if they would resolve the claim, they made many excuses regarding employment changes but couldnt give a concise reason. I left a ****** review regarding the claim process and they chose to send an invoice in the amount of **** as a defamation charge. Nothing abo it the review was defaming, it spoke to my personal experience. Due to their bad faith claims handling and predatory contracts, I am reporting their business to the BBB. After sending the invoice, the owner ******** called and informed me that the review would be taken down regardless due to contracts signed, my claim was void and they wanted to pursue the matter in court because I did not agree to their bad faith claims handling and any of their excuses for it. The conversation was very predatory and it was clear that ******** was using the defamation fee as leverage to work with the company despite their improper handling of my property and lack of ethics.

    We actively worked with this customer with our claim packet, and she refused to go along our terms and conditions.  Violated them and does not appreciate the actions from her violation.

    I am rejecting this response because: they have a predatory contract and did not provide their motor carrier insurance when asked for it. They just made a random claim form that doesnt speak to their actually claims process.

    I wish I could say that them being 3 hours late was the worst part.I have never experienced such bad service in my life. We were basically managing two teenagers who were actively trying to steal money from us the entire day. When they first arrived they wanted us to sign off on an estimate that included an additional hour of travel time that was never discussed, they called their boss (more on him later) and had it removed. Then throughout the move we would find them sitting in our home or their truck on their phones and eating. If we were actively helping them load the entire time they would have taken at least 5 and a half hours to load a truck with an already completely packed 2 bedroom apartment. For example it took 45 minutes to move our tv stand, island, and tv. We had the truck packed from 12-2:45 pm then we unpacked it all together from 5-6 pm. The boys then tried to bill us for an additional hour and when i told them to get it corrected they created a new invoice that only reduced it by 15 minutes. When I asked for another correction they asked that I call their boss, the owner of the company. Admittedly I was angry speaking with him, it was an all around horrible experience and I didnt like fighting for them to just bill me correctly. He admitted that they lied on their clock out but said that we were nickel and dimming them and only reduced it by 15 minutes because although we were done by 2:45 they sat in their truck doing god knows what until 3:17. They also killed a $150 plant I didnt even ask them to move. The boy asked for water and while I was getting it for him he grabbed a 4 foot tall money tree by its trunk and just pulled it completely out of the pot. It was shocking to watch honestly.

    I contacted your neighbors moving and storage, spoke with the owner about moving prices and told since I was the only one booked I would receive a discount and If I put my deposit down it would lock my price in. I was quoted 525 for two movers including the transport fee of $100. Put a $200 deposit down on 5/27/2023. When calling to confirm they upsold me for $199 and said my transport fee will still be $100. 6/26/23 was the date of the move and the transport fee was $199, not including fuel charges. I called and told I was not told that and it would still be $100. They did nothing. I asked for an itemized receipt which I found charges for items not used. A 6pack of tape and king ******** bag. I told them they only used tape for two boxes for my TVs and I do not own a ******** bag, nor did they use one when they moved my Queen to the alley. I also had items broken in my move. One box that the movers tripped and dropped which broke items and a desk and nightstand. They sent me a claim but said the box was not covered because it was packed by me. Their terms and conditions said it would not be covered unless mishandled. That is mishandled. It also has you consent that you will not write a bad review if you submit an insurance claim or you are subject to owe $1898.72. It also does not guarantee reimbursement. I was not comfortable signing this, so I did not submit. I asked about the fraudulent charges and they said there were no fraudulent charges and they only have a king size bag. I was completely deceived by this company as my price was not locked in and there extra charges for items not used. The owner of the company said they will not come to a resolution unless I sign the document. The document for the insurance claim does not affect the fraudulent charges and to tell me they wont resolve anything unless I submit that is coercion. I am not the only one who is subject to the deceit and rude response from the owner. It cost **** to move 20 mins away for 3 hours
