I have been using Plumb Pros for minor repairs up until now. Today I had ******* over to install a pressure regulator valve as well as replace the original main valve. A couple weeks ago he had explained the devices function, their impact on the overall health of my houses plumbing, and a timetable to perform the work. He didnt pressure me and I had ample opportunity to explore my options. As noted today I chose Plumb Pros to do the work for me. ******* and ******* were prompt in their arrival, courteous and professional, and got the work done in under the estimated time. They then made sure everything worked at 100% efficiency and tweaked a few details to that end, before cleaning everything up. ******* and ******** hard work and attention to detail are a plus for me. Also, I like that Plumb Pros gives their customers the flat rate up front, so theres no guess work in budgeting. These are my call-first go-to plumbers.Plumb Pros, Inc.

We have used Plumb Pros on several occasions for different plumbing needs. We needed a new hot water heater and decided on a tankless system. Fonz came over and explained the entire process with us as well as provide several options available. They have financing options available which is helpful . Switching from a 50 gallon traditional hot water tank heater to a tankless system inquires quite a bit of modifications. It took a little longer than expected and some troubleshooting and both Fonz and ***** worked diligently until the job was completed. They were so polite, professional and communicated with us every step of the way. Many of thanks to them both!! I highly recommend Plumb Pros.Plumb Pros, Inc.

My third experience working with Plumb Pros and another good one. Technician arrived early, listened to my description of the problem, and immediately got down to work. I was kept informed on the progress of the repair and when decisions needed to be made, the technician explained in a detailed manner that helped me make an informed choice. Although the repair took about six hours, the technician completed the repair in one day, left no mess behind, and gave suggestions on how to prevent problem from happening again. Plumb Pros are my first choice for any plumbing needs at my home.Plumb Pros, Inc.

My first experience working with Plumb Pros was extremely positive. A colleague at work recommended Plumb Pros because they had a good experience working with Plumb Pros. My interactions with ******* during my first call to the Plumb Pros were a very positive experience. ******* was clearly focused on helping solve my plumbing problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because there had been a cancelation, they were able to send a plumber to our home in about 2 hours. When ****** arrived at the house, I found him to him very knowledgeable and professional. In the construction industry, there is no substitute for experience. ****** clearly has the experience to be able to problem-solve a variety of plumbing problem. Solving one of our problems required an access opening cut into the middle of a wall to be able to sweat a copper pipe joint. ****** was very careful to minimize the mess created, and then did a great job cleaning up at the end. The cost was exactly what was quoted before the work was initiated. The day after the work was completed, ******* called to see if I was happy with the work ****** completed. I have worked in the construction industry for more than 50 years. I have high expectations of contractors and subcontractors with whom I work. I give Plumb Pros my highest recommendation! I know I will be calling them again for our plumbing needs.Plumb Pros, Inc.

To: Plumb Pros,(Mr.) ****** found exactly where the leaking from the sink was coming from. ****** showed me where and explained what was happening and how he will fix the problem. ****** is very knowledgable, teachable and professional.
