      Very prompt in getting an appointment I could work with, arrived even a bit early, courteous, helpful, efficient. I had had my HVAC company out 2 weeks early for a "tune up" and I'm not sure he did any of that, but spent over an hour trying to convince me why I needed over $8,000 in "cleaning and repairs"--but I did NOT need a new furnace. Good thing, since at the tune up 5 months earlier "everything looks good!" Showed me photos he took of how "filthy the coils are". Well, the guy from Denver Ducts checked it all again and coils were a bit dusty but "not very bad", the ducts were dirty and he took care of all that promptly. He also found the furnance wasn't heating at all since a capacitor had broken connection to one wire. Hmmmm, not found at all by my HVAC company. I'm glad I felt I was being scammed and called Denver Ducts. They don't get a ***** for the capacitor as they do not do those repairs. I can get it replaced by my handyman, ************ than $100. Denver Ducts charged $599 special for cleaning all my ducts, checking and vacuuming out the furnace and the dryer vent. He was honest, fast, informative and I will trust Denver Ducts for duct work from now on. Now I just need to find an honest HVAC company.

      This was our second time using Denver Ducts. There new employee, ******, was here on time dressed professonally, answered all my questions and it was clear that he received excellent training. The ducts and furnace seems to be working much better. Thanks, **********

      The pricing was very clear and reasonable for the service. My technician explained the process to me and answered all questions. He was very knowledgeable. There was no mess or debris after this service. The technician was very tidy. The technician was on time and called before he arrived. I can confidently recommend this company. The scheduling process was very simple too.
