      This was the first time I used Denver Ducts Corp. I will use them again! I noticed their company in a ValPac ad that I received. I called to find out about the cost, discounts and what all that entailed. I was pleased that DDC did offer a discount for senior citizens, even with their discounted rate, and scheduled them to come to my home. DDC reminded me they were coming the day before and their expected arrival time.**** arrived promptly after letting me know he was on his way. He was considerate to not backup on my decorative flagstone next to my driveway. He greeted me with a friendly smile and polite conversation. He then asked me to show him where the main furnace/air conditioner unit was located.I took him to the basement, and then we proceeded to each vent or return where he sealed them before moving onto the next one, finally ending upstairs. My floors and rugs had just been cleaned, so **** took the time to wear booties inside and removed them when he went out to his truck. When he worked in my crawl space, he was careful not to damage the incased surface. **** kept all the vents/returns sealed until he worked on them and then he cleaned up after each one and resealed it. I only had to put the furniture back in its place when he finished.**** photographed everything he worked on and showed me some of the photos when I was close by. He was thorough, professional, and very caring about my safety and my home. Ive many allergies, so I replace my filters each month and keep my home as clean as possible. **** acknowledged my issues and didnt use any perfumes or chemicals with smell. **** definitely has a FIVE STAR RATING with me as does his company!****************

      The service itself was great, the ducts are clean. However, I got a call from the tech saying he'd be there between 2-2:30pm with an estimated 3-4 hours for the service. He arrived at 4:30pm and stayed until 10pm. It was a big inconvenience for me because it messed with my evening plans. Please call with accurate arrival times and don't make people wait around.

      We were very happy with the cleaning and the level of service. Our tech let us know when he was coming, and was willing to answer all of our questions. We feel we got a really good cleaning for a reasonable price.

      About 1 hour late, but did a very good job. Sent 20 photos of ductwork status. Very nice tech.

      Excellent Service by ******. He was very thorough and professional. I did have a coupon but still the price was incredible compared to others I had researched. Most were asking 3X as much. They did the dryer vent for free as well I was very impressed.

      Excellent service by *****. Price was just as discussed and the process was well done. Would recommend this company to anyone. Had the ducts, dryer vent, and bathroom fan vent cleaned. Looks great.

      Crew was very courteous and professional during the entire process of installing our new furnace and ***********. The price quoted was exactly as promised without any surprises .       Did a great job for me. Tech ***** was the most professional, courteous, hard-working, diligent contractor I think I've ever had in my home.
