    Just like all the other comments & complaints on here, I am having the same issue as everyone else is. Most of these peoples stories is exactly what happened to me. I received a letter in the mail the other day & on the front, it said “Vehicle Services Division”. The letter really does look legit & you even have to open it all where you have to rip the sides off & everything but anyway, as soon as I opened it, up there was a letter & then what looked exactly like a check for $199.00 registered to me…. The letter says: “Notice Date: 4/7/2023 FINAL NOTICE: IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED
    Vehicle info: 2015 Hyundai Elantra
    This letter is to inform you that the vehicle coverage on your 2015, Hyundai ELANTRA may be expiring or may have already expired. Our records indicate that you have not contacted us yet to get your coverage up-to-date. Without a vehicle protection plan in place you were at risk at being financially liable for any and all repairs. However, you still may have time left to activate coverage on your vehicle before it’s too late. No inspection will be required and final acceptance is subject to your ability to meet eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage after five days. Please call immediately as this will be our final attempt to notify you. Please respond by 5/1/2023
    Operating hours: M-F 8am-7pm, Sat 10am-4pm CST”

    Then it gives me the phone numbers of 1-888-413-6075 and 1-855-454-0932 and it says “Record ID: **********”
    I have never in my life owned a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. I’ve owned 2 Honda Accords - a 2001 and a 2016 - so I have no clue where that car came from. Or who is sending this. Or how they got my name and address and what not. I can send a photo of the letter & check too if you want. But yea, obviously this is a huge scam they’re pulling and Idk what they’re goal is but please put a stop to it. Esp bc they’re trying to trap people with the checks. Thank you.

    I have received numerous calls and letters from the “Vehicle services division” regarding my vehicle. I received a letter with a “voucher” stating they are the US government.

    This company has harassed me for 8 months, sometimes up to 20 calls a day. They always use area codes from my state but when you call the number back it's says its not a working number even though they called me 30 seconds before on that number. I have now blocked hundreds of numbers but the calls keep coming. The worse part is they aren't even a real company. They claim to be a vehicle warrenty company and they want you to provide the make model and years of cars you own to verify their records but it turns out they don't have any information to verify. I see no end to the harrasement.

    This company is a red flag you call and tell them you want to cancel and they ask who are you with and they will bash that company and keep throwing you deals just not to cancel it was frustrating. Was on the phone for a hour when the cancellation could of took literally 10mins offering deals that was more “reasonable “ but wanted me to pay $195 the first go round why wasn’t the other offers presented before? What’s funny they sent me a email with BBB reviews to gloat & they were all bad why would I trust a company with 1.5/5 stars. Put your foot down when you want to cancel because they are very pushy.

    I got a letter from "Vehicle Services Division". Says I need to call 888-2987-1973 with VIN and mileage for a car. I did just buy a car but the exact car info isn't on the letter. It tells me that by neglecting to activate my coverage I risk being financially liable for any and all repairs after the warranty expires.
    I don't know how they got my information. My car dealership confirmed they did not send this letter so I am positive it's a scam. the only contact info is the 888 number. not company name or address.
    I'm afraid to call the number and accidentally incur daily phone calls by responding to this letter.

    Business calls continuously after being told repeatedly to stop calling. I have received up to 20 calls per day from different South Dakota phone numbers

    I am getting dozens of calls a day from the Vehicle Service Department about a Warranty on a car I dont even own anymore. I have aksed to be taken off there list and have asked to speak to a manager but they hang up on me everytime. They use a different number everytime to call me up to twenty times a day. Sincew they use a different number every call. I can't block the call and I have to answer or the calls will continue non-stop until I answer a call. This is affecting my job due to the time it takes to answer these calls. The calls start at 8:00AM EST and end around 9:00PM EST. This is criminal and the only choice I have is to get another phone or phone number but I am sure they will find me. What can I do??!!

    I keep receiving very official looking letters from the Vehicle Services Division. They claim that my vehicle warranty has expired and that I need to call and pay to renew or heavy legal penalties. They have all the information about a car I just purchased about three months ago, including VIN. I get the letters about every other week.

    Unwanted calls all most daily: have asked to be put on a do not call list but to no avail. Very annoying !!!! P.S. phone # above (877-817-3056 ) is not in service (not assigned).
