    This business continues to send me letters acting like some type of authority or manufacture to get people to sign up for crappy extended warranties. I do not want to receive any more letters in the mail, this needs to stop. Customer ID: EST3063976

    Please stop contacting me, I've called three times already and asked kindly, please. Stop pretending to send FINAL NOTICES but then continue sending the damn notices every other week..

    I was sold a Vehicle Service extended warranty agreement and was lied to on the phone about the coverage. The only reason I purchased this policy was because I was told everything was covered except for my windshield wipers my battery and my tires and come to find out that is not true. I have been paying payments for seven months almost $200 a month on top of a $283 down payment, I would like a refund as soon as possible I talked to someone on the phone about a week and a half ago and they told me that someone would be contacting me. I have never been contacted back and now every time I try to call the numbers it’s just blank after it rings one time. I want my money back. I have never made a claim, and I’ve never had any of the services I’ve been offered. I also tried logging into the account to get the information and that is not available now either I do have the service agreement contract and my bank statements showing all transactions.     A piece of mail was sent on August 2, 2023 falsely soliciting for me to get coverage for my "2015 Toyota Corolla" which is incorrect. The bottom of the piece of mail had a "Registration Fee Voucher" that was quite obviously fake. This company was trying to get money from me and I do not want to receive mail from them again.

    I have been receiving harassing letters from this company that puts on the facade of the DMV or some other legitimate, government entity. They go by “Vehicle Services Division”. It’s a scam and they need to be stopped before someone DOES fall for it, let alone those who already have. It is harassment!!!!! They should *never* contact me—or any other person they’re trying to scam out of money—again. If I receive anything else I plan to escalate this.

    I have received mail from this "Vehicle Services Department" every day since I registered my car. I am interested in whatever they're trying to sell me and I want it to stop.

    They are sending me threatening letters with dates that I supposedly have to respond by. They are asking for my VIN and my mileage and using deceptive language to make me feel like I’m breaking the law by not contacting them and extending my warranty. This is deceptive and aggressive behavior by a company that somehow has knowledge of my vehicle and my home address. This is a scam by a shadow company and I’m sure I’m not the first one to tell you that. I want them to stop corresponding with me because it’s harrasment.

    I received a letter from Vehicle Services Division, Private & Confidential requesting the VIN and mileage about a car I don’t own. Someone by the name of Steven W***** who is the Program Coordinator.

    I recently purchased a car. I received a letter from "Vehicle Services Division" requesting my VIN and milage. I am irritated that they had the correct info about the vehicle I purchased (make, model, year). If they are stealing data or something, I hope this helps build a case against them.

    I keep getting calls from this company. I am on a DNC register. They call from different numbers everywhere and I keep asking them to take me off their calling list. If I pick up, they send me 5 more calls afterwards. For the last two weeks. They have been harassing me. I have already reported them to the DNC registry but that doesn’t seem to affect them
