I have been receiving scam letters from this “Vehicle Services Division” for at least the last 6 months. They keep telling me the vehicle coverage on my “2021 Chrysler Pacifica” is expiring. First of all, you wouldn’t catch me dead buying a Chrysler Pacifica and Second, I am sooooo sick of these letters! They also address the letter to my maiden name. The number they put in the letter is 1-888-413-5067. I just want them to leave me alone!!

Vehicle Service Division final notice for coverage on a car I test drove. There is no return address a $199.00 registration fee voucher that also states it is not a check even though it looks very much like one. It has a record ID number starting GL5 and a contact phone of 800-917-5581 I'm glad I looked at BBB to see/confirm it's a scam and I hope no one falls for it

Multiple letters saying my new cars coverage will be expiring. This is a complete scam and I don’t know how they are allowed to send fake checks out to people trying to trick them into cashing it. I would’ve thought they’d have a cease and desist AT LEAST by now…….

I have received several letters through the postal service from US Automotive Protection Services’ Vehicle Services Division. This letter is signed by Mark *****, Program Coordinator. No email address or website is provided—only a P.O. Box address and a phone number 888-582-6870.

In the past, every time I follow up with my dealer’s customer service about this type of letter, they say that it is a scam.

One of the sentences is: “It has come to our attention that you have not contacted us regarding the coverage on your vehicle.”

My request is to get these types of harassment correspondences to stop. I’m tired of calling these types of businesses with these unsolicited marketing messages to request to remove me from their mailing list. I’m already listed on the do not contact list. How does this keep happening?

What can be done about this harassment? Thank you.

I keep getting letters from Vehicle Services Distribution. Have called multiple times to stop sending me letters and continue to harass and ask for car info.

I received a message today from my sister in law that lives in a total different city stating a letter came in the mail with my husbands "nickname" and our last name by this company for a vehicle we own asking for us to call with the vin# and mileage. On no documents do we ever place my husbands nick name, everything has his legal name and we have never used my sister in laws address. we have lived in our home almost a decade more than she has lived in hers so we have no reason to use her address. These people need to be shut down.!

They are driving me CRAZY! We sold our 2011 truck in October of 2022, which was titled in MY name. I've told them several times that it was sold and they keep sending notices to my husband whose name was NOT on the truck and who has since passed away on February 27, 2023.
I don't need their harassment. I have way bigger issues to deal with right now than being bombarded with their nonsense. I want them to remove Eugene Vance from their data base immediately.

Received Final Notice for Vehicle that deceased relative never owned. Information is bogus and postal notice looks like a scam. Please investigate Contact Phone ###-###-####. I called and was advised that company is Eleras **************** and that their information comes from their marketing department.
