Received two letters in the mail concerning a vehicle I do not own requesting I contact "Vehicle Services Division" at ###-###-####. Second letter included a voucher for $199.00 for registration fee. This is obviously some kind of scam to illicitly procure funds and/or personal information.Initial Complaint

Despite my contacting this company on several occasions, telling them to remove my name and address from all future promotional mailings, I keep receiving “FINAL NOTICE” letters from the “Vehicle Services Division.” On May 10, 2023, I was issued a Registration Fee Voucher for $199.00. I’m frustrated, because I feel as though they are harassing and bullying me! I even started my email with “CEASE AND DESIST!” I wrote in bright red, “RETURN TO SENDER,” I’ve called and emailed them. How do I get rid of these people?Initial Complaint

Continue to receive calls and letters from Vehicle Services Division. These are unwanted and unwarranted calls. I have contacted the dealership from where I purchased my vehicle and they say this is not from them. This most recent letter delivered from USPS recent had a "check" for $199! The "check" was detailed front and back to look real with a small "This is not a check" at the bottom.Initial Complaint

Vehicle Service Department. This company calls me almost every day. I have called back and requested to be placed on a do not call list at least 3 times. I have asked the person calling me to place me on a do not call list multiple times. I have registered on the national do not call registery and filed complaints with them. I have let them know that I do not even own the car they are calling about any longer. They are rude and eventually hang up on me. When I ask for a supervisor, they are never available. Once I acted like I wanted to sign up, once they transferred me to the person to take my information (payment) she hung up when I started asking questions. I believe this is a scam as well as rude and annoying to get phone calls every single day.Initial Complaint

I have gotten many written notices from “Vehicle Services Division” and have spoken to them on multiple occasions to have them take me off their mailing lists. Each time they tell me I’m off the list and a few weeks later I get another. This is a scam company trying to steal people’s money and I do not want to be contacted by them any more.
I know it’s a scam because I have never owned the vehicle they are contacting me for.Initial Complaint

I received a lot of calls from Vehicle Services Division but they finally stopped because I blocked them each time. Now I have received a letter stating that they "need the VIN and current mileage before June 2, 2023 on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Sport". No one in my family owns or has EVER owned such a vehicle. It goes on to say "if I neglect to activate coverage I will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs".
I am tired of this scam and want these people stopped.Initial Complaint

I am writing to report the several disruptive phone calls made by this organization on a daily basis.
These phone calls are highly disruptive, the callers are rude, and there is zero meaningful action when "stop calling" is requested.
There are other online resources confirming that this company "Vehicle Services Department" is a scam, regularly harasses people with relentless phone calls, and issues official-looking mail that induces people to act against their self interest. Please stop their terrible actions and give people some peace. It's disappointing now to always be apprehensive when the phone rings.Initial Complaint
