    I have placed an online service for plumbing 2 weeks ago. I have left multiple messages for the contractor and the home warranty no one has reached out. I don't recommend **** home warranty. We have my disabled in laws in the basement and the smell is bad. TERRIBLE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY

    As a repair company, dealing with this home warranty company is beyond frustrating. Our customers spend service call fees and time on the phone attempting to get coverage. In return, usually non- coverage.

    Nothing ever gets fixed but dont worry theyll send a letter asking you to renew your warranty every two weeks!

    We have been given the complete run around. Sellers of property purchased a home warranty and when we moved in, we realized the microwave and fridge did not work. We called **** and they sent someone a week later to assess the issue, only after we paid a $189 fee and we were later told they were not able to fix the problem and would need to reassign to a sub-contractor. Another week went by and the sub contractor said the required replacement parts are no long available, but he did not share the findings with the home warranty company which prevented any progress on the claim.We have spent many hours over many days being transferred to multiple departments and are no closer to a solution. We have no way to store cold food in our new home and cannot warn others more strongly to stay away from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. This company is a scam.

    A person cannot get a person on phone to talk to unless you are signing up. I feel this company is very dishonest and possibly a fraud.*******************************

    Up until now overall good experience. PRE-APPROVED by **** to use our own contractor for our furnace. They red-tagged the furnace ahead of a cold front. I called back in to **** who refused to give $3,000 replacement value (our warranty aggravate amount per year for furnace.) since we didnt use their contractor. Offered $750 ishthen gave us around $1100. ish. Which was not enough for furnace and labor. A fraction of the price to replace. Frustrated by false advertisement in my coverage that they will replace with set values given. BEWARE replacement does not really mean replacement. Our experience with their contractors has been mixedgood and not good. A furnace is a major safety purchase. I feel punished for using someone local and available. PS I have the supreme coverage.

    This is the absolute worst warranty company I have ever dealt with. Honestly I feel like its a scam.they charge you lower prices to have the warranty and then when you need to file a claim, its a hassle, contractors never show up, customer service and unhelpful and unprofessional, and the contractors have even damaged things in my home and walked away without letting me know. They tell you one thing then switch it up at the last minute. The hold time is ridiculous and you wait all that time for there to be no resolution. Their processes make no sensethey want to take the cheap route to fix things and when they doesnt work, you end up going through the same long drawn out process over again. People tell you they will call you back for you to never hear from them again. Its terrible. I am not renewing my service contract and would not recommend this warranty company to anyone. I personally feel that they should be shut down because people are constantly being mistreated and claims mishandled. Doesnt make sense that you go weeks waiting on something to be corrected in your home, but they dont wait weeks to take your money. Almost feels like you are paying for nothing because you get absolutely nothing but a headache and hard time! Do not take them up on their offer for this warranty if you have a new home. Utilize your builder, and save your funds for anything that would come ** in the future. This company is absolutely not worth it!

    Hands down the worst company I have dealt with, this is simply a scam and they should not be allowed to do this. They wont actually cover things they say are under warranty with your purchase, and then they will literally lie to you about what the diagnosis is from the contracting company they sent out. I have documentation showing they lied to me about what the diagnosis was and what should be covered.

    Would give it zeo stars if that were an option. 3 year loyal customer with Supreme Coverage - add-on. While cooking, I dropped a pot on my ******* cooktop glass. That resulted in the glass-top getting cracked/ chipped. Opened a service ticket - third party service provider showed up- took photographs charged the $85 for the visit and opened a request for a new glass-top. The claim was denied. Set up a call - the agents **************** confirmed the claim had been denied as this wasn't considered regular wear & tear/ usage. Asked them to connect me to the claims department. Remained on hold for over an hour - after which the call got dropped. Called again - the cust service agent confirmed that getting through to the claims department was next to impossible - he set up a supervisory call-back. Got the call-back and the supervisor tells me the glass-top isn't included in my coverage. As per my service contract - this is what the Supreme coverage includes - "SUPREME COVERAGE (Standard Plus These Items): Handles, hinges, clocks, racks, shelves, baskets, rollers, knobs, dials, latch assemblies, springs, interior lining, turntable platforms, rotisseries, glass/ ceramic cooktops, self-cleaning mechanisms when they affect primary function". When i pointed this out to the Supervisor calling me back (****), he hung up on me. Absolutely atrocious service!! If this isn't addressed, I am likely to file for a breach of contract. Happy to join in a class-action lawsuit

    I signed up for this warranty 8/30/23 asked for a hard copy of the contract since I dont have computer access and ability to print. Called them many times and was put on hold for extended periods of time. I asked over and over for a copy never to receive so I told them the last time I called if I did t get a copy I would cancel ne be did I receive a copy so I called and cancelled. Cancelled on 11/15/23 asking for my money back since I didnt have a claim with them this is the response I received out of the $263:73 paid they are refunding $96.64. They are keeping my money in the amount of $167.09 for what they didnt do anything. I called on 10/5, 10/7, 10/18 & 11/15 with each of them saying they would send and I should have the copy within a week. I called on the 7th after they sent it in an email and I told them I wanted hard copy. Literally they didnt do anything I want my money. Please see what you can do to help me get my money back I am a senior at 73 and need that money, they just take advantage of people with simple requests. I need to sign up with someone else that will do what customers request.
