    They sent a contractor over that told me I needed to replace the unit. He replaced the unit - then the warranty company told me it was not covered.

    I rented a house in ****** for 5 years. The owner of my house hired 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty after 2 years. The warranty company took 6 months to repair the dishwasher. They just kept sending contractors to throw parts at it until one contractor actually fixed it. The final straw was I was ordered to move out in 35 days and the **** system failed. They refused to fix it for 35 days because it was too expensive to order the part. They even called the contractor and asked him to order a cheaper part after 2 weeks when they had told the management company EMS that they ordered it two weeks ago. This was during August in ****** when temperatures were well over 100 degrees. The **** was never repaired for 35 days and the house was uninhabitable. I cant believe this company is allowed to conduct business still as they commit fraud by not repairing houses they have accepted money to warranty. The owners who live in these homes and renters should consider a class action lawsuit. I would be happy to join that lawsuit. Sincerely ***********************

    2-2024 makes a year Ive been with this company and Im absolutely embarrassed to say Ive spent my money on this warranty. I called for a roof leak almost a month ago now and every contractor they assigned to do the job never shows. I asked should I find my own contractor and was told Ill have to pay more. One contractor I spoke to has been on their way for almost a week. This is such an inconvenience.

    I have dealt with **** for the last few years and they refuse to fix their flawed system. They keep sending out contractors that have damaged my home and refused to fix it. All of their in-network contractors have horrible reviews on ******* I had my AC replaced back in March and have had issues since. The same contractor came out at least 5 times in the last 7 months and tells me he "fixed the issue." He never gave me a ticket, a work order slip, nothing! Now he tells **** that my dogs destroyed my AC unit and he has never even seen my dogs. He gave them this information and ****, without any visual proof accepted that diagnosis. The unit was replaced in March and NEVER worked to begin with, so how did my dogs destroy a unit that never worked?! **** stands behind this contractor and his work without any visual proof when the man has proven he knows nothing in regards to HVAC. His ****** reviews are less than 2 stars, but **** has him as a network contractor. **** is trash and I will not give any more money to them ever again in life.

    When we bought our house which was just built, the house came with a one year free policy. We didnt have any issues the first year so we didnt need any services. Unfortunately I nenewed and their service has been horrible. It takes weeks or months to get them to do anything. However, they are quick to take your money. They are never late collecting their money.We have had issues with our refrigerator: water doesnt work and inside of frig is cracking all over. We have had problems with our dryer. It has been months and it is still not working.In July our AC went out. They said it would be days before they could come out. We have a child with asthma and had to have it fixed. My husband called another service and they came out that night and fixed it. Now **** will not reimburse us. They are uncaring, unprofessional, and lists! Do yourself a favor and stay away from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty!

    They tried their best which unfortunately was absolutely horrible service. It took me two months to get my AC fixed and two repairman. I bought 3 years worth of the highest coverage and regret it. Please Note Before Buying Anything: They succeed off doing the bare minimum and will charge you for every service visit. They'll give the minimum diagnosis so they pay the least which means that multiple repairmen will have to come out and fix. You have to FIGHT just to get bare minimum service.

    I purchased two contracts from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. The first issue with my double oven made me realize how shady this company is. After the contractor informed me that the part was not available from GE and the oven needed to be replaced. I received email from them with two offers 1- to order pre-owned part from **** or cash toward the repair for $189.00. I called them and was on hold on the phone for an hour. I asked the questions Can you please show me where the used part is mentioned in the contract? The answer was that it does not mention a new part in the contract as well. Be aware of how they are using their words and contracts.

    Will auto renew and charge you way more then your original plan. Will not refund you your money. Bad customer service and if you do file a claim for your knowledge you still have to pay for the repairman to come out.

    They keep sending me scam letters saying my home warranty may be expiring or expired and saying I have a mortgage with Cal Fed lending who has been closed for years and was my dads mortgage. They should not be able to send out BOGUS letters to homeowners. I never have had a mortgage on this house since I inherited it and it was paid off in full before my dad passed away in 2021. These people need to stop sending fake letters to homeowners who do not have a warranty saying they do.
