    Filed an HVAC work Oder on 8/16/20 in Georgia (90*). Had two different companies come out for service call. The company they went with is 100 miles away. ****** turned in his assessment the same day. When you talk to someone on the phone they cant help you because they are only operators. It is now 9/6/20 and I still have no air. Operator states the part was shipped to wrong company and hopefully they will forward it to the right address. I cant say the operators are incompetent but the company as a whole does not care who is in the house in whatever kind of weather. You have to fend for yourself until they decide to get you help. And dont even ask for credit because you will get laughter on the phone. ************

    DO NOT USE THIS WARRANTY COMPANY - ************ is not worth your money and will find a way out of paying for significant issues. I pay (and have paid for several years) for the premium package with 210. My price goes up yearly. I am now having an issue with my water heater and it needs to be replaced. I live in a city with millions of people, but the company is telling me that they cannot find a single plumber to work on the issue and that I need to go out of network. The problem is that they will not pay out of network prices. I am being told that they do not pay retail prices, but they are forcing me to use a retail company. So, they will only pay a small fraction of the cost of the parts and labor to cover the water heater. The representative is blaming the pandemic for the alleged lack of contractors, but the company raised my monthly price and has no issue charging me money, despite their alleged issues with finding contractors to service their customers. They take your money, but they cant find people to service you, force you to go out of network, and wont pay out of network prices. This seems fraudulent. Bottom line, the company is only good when you have very minor issues. Every time I have a significant problem, they find a way to limit the service.

    I requested plumbing service on a rental house we own in **********, ** on 8/12/22. After numerous phone calls with **** we found out that they don't have any plumbing contractors that work for them in that area, and we would need to find our own contractor who would still need to adhere to their requirements. It's not that they don't have a plumbing contractor available right now. They don't have any plumbers who work for them in this area period, in the second largest city in the state which is only an hour south of **********. And none of the plumbers I've called on my own want to deal with the extra paperwork they'd need to do. No home warranty company should be allowed to sell a warranty in an area where they can't fulfill their end of the contract.

    This company has failed to process an order filed on May 12,2022 to replace the central Air unit in my home, leaving myself and my child whom has medical issues subjected to the *************** conditions we've had this summer. This is very unacceptable. Ive called several times regarding this issue each time I was told I was waiting on parts just to find out during another call in the beginning of August that my order was never processed. This issue could have been caught and rectified early on if one of my many requests to speak with an supervisor/ Mangement was honored. Ive lost out on money purchasing cooling systems this company is not willing to refund me for. No human being deserves to be treated like this from any company. I was told parts for the unit would be in on the 15th of August it is now the 18th and the unit is still has not been serviced.

    During 100 degree weather in ** in June, I was told more than once that I had an appointment to service my A/C because it was not working; however, the A/C company told me that my warranty company cancelled the appt and **** told me the A/C company cancelled. After 2 weeks without service and going back & forth of trying to get someone out for a broken a/c unit that was for my Mentally disabled tenant, (who would not leave his home), I was finally told, after multiple calls to **** warranty, to get someone out of network. I did so and was told the almost 20yr unit needed to be replaced. Knowing this was very important to get fixed asap and having 2-3 weeks pass, I told Poplin Heating and Air to do what they needed to get this handled. They replaced the unit. I sent the paperwork to **** and was sent a check for $200. instead of the replacement cost of $3,000. The ************************ Act) is not something to take lightly and all handicapped people should be treated fairly and respectfully. This is not something I take lightly and if nothing is done to correct this distribution, I will be seeking an attorney for records of the phone calls, protection of my tenant and resolution to this horrific experience. I was end told that the reason **** could not get someone out to my home was because there were so many customers needing their A/C's fixed. It is not my problem that **** does not have enough servicers. Why do I have the service if I have to find my own servicer? I want this resolved asap or I will be taking further action.

    I filed a claim against an air conditioner that **** replaced. The unit has never worked correctly. After having several air conditioning companies come out it was determined that the initial installation by **** was faulty. Thats why the compressor needs to keep getting replaced.     Terrible customer service!! I would give them a negative "3" if it was available.I purchased the warranty last August when I bought my home. I've had problems with my refrigerator since I purchased the home, and it was finally approved to be replaced. They want you to use the homeowner portal which is useless for getting information, but trying to talk to a live individual isn't much better. I was on hold for over and hour and twenty five minutes today before I was able to finally talk to someone without being hung up on multiple times. I am currently on hold while the representative tries to find out if the refrigerator they ordered for me is even available!I don't know why realtor's actually recommend this company!

    Long wait times. No Calls back. When you do finally get ahold of someone, they put you back in the hold Queue and it never gets answered. They had a contractor come out to check out my broken Sump Pump. Paid him $100 and he reported back to **** that it was fine! Unbelievable. It really does seem like a straight up SCAM. I'm reporting the ******** Attorney General. Hopefully they will not be able to operate in my state again.

    Im first time home buyer, our hvac is 27 years old. AC stopped on July 22 Friday afternoon even thermostat screen was out too. Outside temperature was almost 100 degrees, Im living in **. Its so hot and humid here in summer. My wife called 210 customer service, they told us emergency out of network system since it was late Friday afternoon.We called in network hvac company but it was already after 5pm, nobody answered. Our hvac already had trouble a week ago, We had in-network company phone number. We contacted local company, They sent one technician really soon, He fixed it really quick but it was Friday night, He chagred us $500. He also recommanded us to replace new hvac system. We paid happly that night since he made our house cool. I have 2 years old young daghter. We decided to have new hvac system with local company. We contacted 210 about emergency money reimbursement but they refused to pay us since we didnt go through in network system. We called them first, they told us emergency out of network system money reimbursement first, We did. But they refused to us money reimbursement. This company is evil.

    Absolutely horrendous customer waiting times and responses. I honestly don't know how this company is still in business. My refrigerator stopped cooling and I opened a request on June 6, 2022, the technician said he needed to order parts and do to the ongoing pandemic, there are delivery delays. Six weeks later I finally had the part put in and just when I thought things were back to normal, within a week the fridge started to warm up again and ice forming on the fridge side. Recommended temps are 0 Freezer/37 Refrigerator, its now at 18/49 (worse than when I originally opened the initial request). On August 6 the same technician came and said he does not understand how the fridge is icing after replacement the correct part, stating that has never happened. After consulting with a colleague, he informed me that there is another part needed to hopefully fix the refrigerator. He also said that the part was in VA and it will take approximately 2-3 business days to receive the part. Well its August 15, to my surprise I called **************************** LLC (sub-contractor for **** HBW) and I was informed they just ordered the parts and it will take about 2-3 business days.During this time I had to throw all of my food twice as everything got damaged. We are a family of five and 10 WEEKS later still not working refrigerator. It took me 2 hours to get a hold of a rep and what did I get? My Manager will be calling you later this afternoon or tomorrow morning. This is absolutely insane I will not recommend this company to no one and I will definitely will not be renewing my agreement coming this October.
