    Run, don't walk, away from this business! My real estate agent bought this warranty for me when I bought my house a year ago. I had not made one claim for 11 months. During final month, my dishwasher started making very loud noises during the draining cycle. After researching online, it seemed as if the drain pump was broken. I made an online claim in the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty portal. I was then emailed that one of their service contractors would contact me within 24 hours. Three days later and still no call, so I call them and leave a message (it took them 6 days to finally call me). So, I called 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty and ask if I can call another company instead. They said no problem, we will reimburse you $250. Great, I hire another company, they come and diagnose the problem, a broken water pump, fix the dishwasher, and now it is running great! I did end up paying $396, but I was happy that my dishwasher was fixed and I would be getting reimbursed at least most of my money. Wrong! I called **** Home Warranty to find out how to be reimbursed. Again, was told I would get $250 and she would transfer me to the authorization department. Then the authorization department said I was only being authorized for $175. I asked to speak to a supervisor, waited, no supervisor and still telling me they can only authorize $175. At this point I am upset, but figure at least it's better than $0. I upload my $396 invoice and wait for my check. Ten days later a get a check for $100! I don't know any service provider that will provide parts and labor for $100. Again, I call **** Home Warranty and they state that it was $175, minus a $75 service fee. Are you kidding! Every time I call and talk to these people, I get a different answer and my reimbursement refund is less. So now I'm out $296. Also, usually on hold for 45 minutes or longer and they are not open on weekends. The only bright spot is that this all happened before the warranty expired and I had not yet renewed.

    This was recommended by my realty company, ******************* So I got it. Ive had many home purchases in the last 45 years and always had home owner warranty. THIS IS THE WORST - *********************. I needed electrical work on my service. They sent someone who gave misinformation - which he corrected after he said it - but the intake person would not change it to the correct amp service. Even the house listing and the inspection report listed the correct update amp . So.. the wouldnt cover it. The electrician did add some extra circuits to my box - and messed up. The **** would not stand up for their shoddy electrician so AT MY EXPENSE I fixed the issue. He did not install per code and I had to pay to bring it up to code

    Definitely a zero I should have read reviews before renewing this contract there worst experience ever 3 months no ac contractor used is pathetic no form of communication I have called several times all I been getting is the run around there us no supervisor to talk to then they tell me I can't change contractors I wish someone would contact me !!!!!!!!! !

    The worst on the market do not purchase nothing with the 4 hr hold time to speak to customers service and than they dont no what to do. Service my item over 11 time and i had to pay the service fee 11x i could have just got a new one.too much to talk about but dont get it

    I bought a new house (new construction/new built) last July of 2021. The builder, LGI Homes included a 2-year distribution systems warranty and a 10-year structural warranty from **** Buyers Warranty. According to the **** website the "2-year distribution system warranty provides clearly defined performance guidelines for defects in construction of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems". However, when I called them today regarding an air-conditioning issue, they informed me that the 2nd year of the distribution system warranty was actually only a limited coverage. I am reporting this to you since what is on their website is false and misleading. There is nothing on their website that states the 2nd year is for limited warranty only.

    This company is a piece is poop! 1st you always have a wait time to speak to someone that is at least a hour or more! When you speak to a rep they are very unprofessional, rude & DO NOT know what they are talking about! The company never sent me a copy of my contract, I asked over 10 times if they can mail it to ****** have been with them for over a year & still never got it. They give you the run around when you submit a claim. You cant speak to supervisors, they always say they have to call you back but they never do. I have been waiting for over a month for my claim to be processed & the whole time I have water leaking from my ceiling into my basement. After speaking to a sup after 3 weeks she claimed she escalated it lol well now its been 10 days and still nothing. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS, UNPROFESSIONAL & DONT LIKE TO COMPLETE CLAIMS BUT THEY LOVE TAKING YOUR MONEY

    My daughter noticed a brown stain on a part of her ceiling, Above that is our master shower. After ******* to call the 210 home warrantee (We had since we moved into our new place 2 years ago, gifted to us from our Agent) ...The 210 dispatched a company to us... Hadn't heard from that company in a few days, so I call the dispatched company, info they gave me, *********** told me they do not service our area - SO after many back and forth with 210 - we are told to find our own person and then get approval from 210. So we finally have someone come out... We open up the ceiling and see it's drippage from our shower drain... I upload the estimate from Plumber and they call to tell me they don't cover the pipes (They also don't cover the sheetrock that now is a hole in my ceiling) ..SO long story short. This company doesn't cover anything!! 210 always tells you to look over the service agreement... As a customer that pays for their service, I am limited to any accountability, service or coverage as to what this 210 Home warrantee will cover/ do/ provide .... This is Such a WASTE of hard earned pocket money. I do NOT recommend this company at all! In March I had an issue with my garage door -- The 210 company dispatched a company and no one called or came, My husband just fixed it on his own - Simple. I believe this 210 Home Warrantee is a fraud and will dispatch ********** any company to do a service call ... Per agreement it's $100 per service call .... Most companies will do estimates and service calls. ZERO stars, if i could.

    I submitted a request for my refrigerator on 8/22/2022 and today is 9/14/2022 still not working after two contractors came to my home. They're not answering the phone and when they do answer the phone "the contractor did not submit the diagnosis" so I have to keep waiting? Can someone please help.

    This is the worst company ever. I have been without AC since July 28. All you get is the runaround and poor service from someone telling you that they understand from sitting on their couch at home during the call after waiting for over 2 hours. When getting your house built do not use them at all. They will tell you to pay for your services and they will reimburse you. Why have them at all if that's what you have to do all the time because you don't have contractors to support your company which leaves the consumers in situations. RUN....

    Stay away! I got this warranty for several years through my realtor. Most of my problems were the **** system going out. They would send people out every year, and just dump freon in the machine when there was clearly a leak. One contractor I had to take off work, and they didn't show up until 6 PM. That was a waste of a personal day. Plus, they didn't bring refrigerant on the truck, so I had to have them out another day, too. They were going to follow up a third time - no show, no call, no response from ****. ***** was dumped in and it leaked out after 2 months. Recently, another **** contractor found the leak thanks to an evaporator coil going. Work was approved and they said they were ordering the part. I called multiple times and got the run around - we emailed and no response (I said have you tried calling?), still haven't heard anything, we will escalate and get back to you the next day (no follow up calls or emails), we don't offer buyouts or reimburse for work. I submitted one work order, no part, and they marked it complete. I had to re-submit a recall order, and nothing! I escelated 4 times with no resolution. One month later, I'm still without A/C in 90+ degree temperatures. I had to have my realtor call today, as **** hold times are insane 1.5 hours+. They offer a call back option, but I'm a teacher and work 60+ hours per week. **************** hours are inconvenient for working people and they are not open on weekends. No place to email on their "portal." After today's call saying they ordered the wrong part, I called to cancel. I hired my own contractor that can get the part in 2 days and will fix it this weekend. Unfortunately, its at a large expense. So my saving $100 per month will be some relief that I can use to pay my credit card instead. Do not use this company, or recommend to friends/family/clients.
