This is about the worst company/organization in history. There customer service is absolutely horrible. I pity the people working for the company and those that have to drive through the tolls they oversee.I sold a car to another person. The new person drove through the tolls. I got billed. It took 30 emails and 4 phone calls to resolve this issue. They requested a Bill of Sale. They did nothing with the Bill of Sale and eventually just "cleared" my account balance.Whenever I emailed them or contact them, I got a new person and it's like they were in first grade. They didn't read my emails, understand the situation, or seek to help. They just repeated the same old c*** from person to person. One of the worst organizations on the planet. I truly hope they read this and correct their absolute failures.

In April I recieved a notice of collection. I promptly called and adressed the issue. I was needing to put a new car on my account. This was taken care of through a phone agent, who charged my credit card to take care of the adjusted balance. In November I revieved a bill that was twice as much, after talking to a customer service agent, she explained the previous reprenstive did not complete the transaction for when the care had temp tags. But somehow my bill is still the same, with added late fees of an additional $100. I was told this was taken care of in April, I should not be fined in late fees for your employee incomptences. The supervisor I spoke with apparently does not have a boss, because their is no one higher to speak with as she is the last resort. Although she did waive $25 of the late fee because of their incomptence she became extremely rude because I said this us f?cking rudiculious that I have to pay late fees because of your employees error. She accused of cursing at her, which is not the case, I used a colorful adjective to express my displeasure. I have never had an issue until now with ****, but can see that your company is now out to take advantage of the consumer. I will be on the look out for the class action lawsuit that is certain to come with your new procedures.

      We apologize for the experience,

After further review, it appears due to the aging of the transaction's fees are limited to waive during the interaction process.  This was an internal error on our end back in April when the customer called only the permanent ********************** was added but not the temporary plate.  There were a total of $75 in fees, in which $25 were waived when customer called.  We have went ahead and waived the additional $50 fees and credited them to the Expresstoll account. All vehicles should be added prior to driving the road to ensure accurate posting of all transactions to the account and to avoid any unecessary billing.  Customer can reach out to us for further assistance.

The Express Toll website is in need of a serious update. Is this willful fraud by the ***** Authority I don't know. However there is an ongoing issue that should be fixed but is never fixed. Case in point: The owing balance on an Express Toll account that is provided is always false when it comes to credits on the account. Always. There is no way to identify that no balance is due if there is a credit on the account as an owing balance and a balance with a credit are identified exactly the same. (No characteristic parentheses like an accountant would understand nor a blank or red font color nor a simple message that no balance is due. Nothing.)Instead if one forgets that one has a credit on the account then the account total gives the impression that there is an owing balance. Now get this.. in addition to that scenario if the user makes a payment on this balance it will say that its paid but then after logging in again it will show an increase on the owing balance by the amount that one paid. Again giving the false impression that the account has an owing balance. If one was not paying attention one could not easily get their money back unless they create a dispute with their bank. Now why should a bank have to fix a problem on the ***** website? They shouldn't have to because its not their issue. Its not even a ************************ Express/ issue. It really comes across as willful inaction.

Five years ago, I bought a property in ********. Shortly after moving in, there arrived in the mail a toll statement from the ExpressToll badgers at the **** Authority. I marked the envelope "Return to Sender" and noted that the addressee no longer lived at this address. After another statement arrived, I did a bit of research and discovered that the addressee not only was no longer living at this address, he was no longer living. I so noted on the envelope and, again, returned to sender. The next month, when the third statement arrived, I marked the envelope and returned it again, this time explaining that A) the person wasn't living here, B) the person wasn't living, and C) if the person was still driving on their tollway, they had bigger problems than the unpaid tolls.I never received any indications that the folks at the toll authority were any more alive than the poor gentleman they had hounded to the grave. So, I called them. That was a waste of time and electrons. They couldn't do anything until the dead person changed their address on the car registration. Now, I just write obscenities on the envelopes and send them back. The **** probably just throws them away.(Seems I can't select a '0' star rating, so please note that the one star is a lie.)

I received a statement on November 8th saying that I had no unpaid charges and that I owed money for the toll. Perfectly acceptable. The very next day (a statement from November 9th) I received a bill saying I had an unpaid balance of almost $30 so I called to see what that was. They told me it was all late fees from a $4 balance I had from almost a year ago that just suddenly came into their system. The first lady actually told me I probably paid most of the toll and more was added on later. Awesome. Thanks for telling me. Their explanation was that I had moved..... 2 months after they said they sent the toll statement I never received (as per usual). I never received another one. Their explanation as to why I never heard about it was that they don't combine addresses so when I moved and updated my address they never receive updates until I drive through another toll. Of course I never got anything. Does anyone ever? Both people I spoke to were awful and they said they can't waive the late fees. Good luck to anyone who ever drives through one of their tolls.

The consumer-defrauding scammers of the E470 Public Highway Authority are falsely billing me $4.60 for a toll road that I haven't even driven on. If their bill was legitimate, these scammers would cite my License Plate# in their consumer-defrauding bill.

They are criminals!! I received a notice that was printed on the 30th of June that my son owes $72.00. We sent a money order as requested. I would have expected the matter to be closed. However, I received a notice not 2 weeks later saying I owed $92.00. When I called they said that I owed $20.00 more. The notice was issued 7 days later. When I tried to dispute the issue they did not even take my dispute to see why I did not think I should pay the $20.00. They just sent a form letter that said the vehicle was in my name. I never said that the car was not under my name! My dispute was why only 7 days later did they charge me $20.00 more! They are shaking people down to get as much money as they can!
